“Esperaba un mejor servicio. Llegamos el día 13-08-2017 casi a las 8 pm. Nos dieron una habitación que cuando llegamos abrir la puerta, todavía no estaba la tarjeta habilitada. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción, donde nos activaron las llaves, pero al abrirlas, la habitación estaba sucia, sin arreglar todavía. Por lo que tuvimos que volver a bajar a recepción donde se nos cambio la habitación. Sinceramente, esperaba un mejor servicio. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel Marriott y fue muy pésima la atención. Además, el internet del hotel es malo malo. Mi peor experiencia.”

“Spacious public areas. Knowledgeable concierge. Staff were slow and kept us waiting starting with check in Room service was non existent. Housekeeping kept my daughter without a bed for 2 nights Check in staff were clueless. Our group was given rooms in different floors”
