O lobby é lindo, mas os quartos são tão desatualizados que a tv era de 1930 e o chuveiro não funcionava pela metade. O pessoal de limpeza parece ser muito preguiçoso. O único aspecto positivo foi o lobby e a equipe da recepção foi super incrível.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are so out of date the tv was from 1930 and the shower didn't half work. The cleaning staff appears to be very lazy. The only positive was the lobby and the front desk staff was super amazing.

Realmente não é o que eu esperava de um estabelecimento Hilton. Eu não interagi com nenhum funcionário do hotel. Portanto, isso não é absolutamente uma reflexão sobre a equipe.Parece que foi uma reforma, há ferrugem viável na porta do banheiro, os chuveiros não deram a atenção que precisam, a torneira parece antiquada, não há pressão suficiente, os chuveiros eram baratos. Os banheiros são menores do que o normal. As camas não são o que eu esperava de um Hilton. Apenas desapontado. Eu fico em propriedades Hilton 4 semanas por mês.

Realmente no es lo que esperaba de una propiedad de Hilton. No he interactuado con ningún personal del hotel. Así que esto no es en absoluto un reflejo del personal.Aparentemente fue una remodelación, hay óxido viable en la puerta del baño, las duchas no recibieron la atención que necesitan, el grifo de la ducha parece anticuado, no hay suficiente presión de agua, los cabezales de la ducha eran baratos. Los baños son más pequeños de lo habitual. Las camas no son lo que esperaba de un Hilton. Simplemente decepcionado. Me quedo en propiedades Hilton 4 semanas al mes.

Really not what I expect from a Hilton property. I have not interacted with any staff from the hotel. So this is absolutely not a reflection upon staff. Apparently it was a remodel, there's viable rust on the door jam in the restroom, the showers weren't given the attention they need, the shower faucet appears dated, there is not enough water pressure, the shower heads were cheap. Bathrooms are smaller than usual. Beds are not what I expect from a Hilton. Just disappointed. I stay in Hilton properties 4 weeks a month.

Greeting at the front desk was excellent. A full explanation of policies regarding covid prevention. The room was spotless. I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Trouxemos nosso filho de 17 anos para o aniversário dele. Ele tem necessidades especiais graves e precisávamos de acomodações que tornassem tudo mais fácil para ele e para nós. Hilton Garden Inn foi maravilhoso. Os quartos eram grandes o suficiente para manobrar sua cadeira de rodas. A equipe possui um protocolo de limpeza e todos foram obrigados a usar uma máscara. Nós definitivamente trazer o nosso filho aqui novamente. Fica a uma curta caminhada de vários restaurantes e um supermercado. A conveniência funcionou bem para nós.

Trajimos a nuestro hijo de 17 años para su cumpleaños. Tiene necesidades especiales severas y necesitábamos adaptaciones que lo hicieran fácil para él y para nosotros. Hilton Garden Inn fue maravilloso. Las habitaciones eran lo suficientemente grandes para que pudiéramos maniobrar su silla de ruedas. El personal tiene un protocolo de limpieza y todos debían usar una máscara. Definitivamente traeríamos a nuestro hijo aquí nuevamente. Está a poca distancia de varios restaurantes y una tienda de comestibles. La conveniencia funcionó bien para nosotros.

Employees are nice. Bathrooms inside of the hotel rooms are very dated and hotel is showing its age. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Overall its not a bad place and they do have great pillows!

We brought our 17-yo son for his birthday. He has severe special needs and we needed accommodations that would make it easy on him and us. Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. The rooms were large enough for us to maneuver his wheelchair. The staff have a cleaning protocol in place and everyone was required to wear a mask. We would definitely bring our son here again. It’s walking distance from several restaurants and a grocery store. The convenience worked well for us.

Had a fantastic stay here even with the restrictions in place due to Covid. Decent rooms, nice lobby and good location. Shout out to Kelsey at the front desk for two great restaurant recommendations and endless knowledge of other local points of interest. She was always happy to answer questions and offer up what she could to assist. Other staff members were also very accommodating to even unusual requests including letting me use the garden hose outside to wash my bike! Thank you!

Janela e geladeira estavam quebradas. Eu e meu marido pedimos bebidas do bar e eles eram terríveis. Expressamos que não nos importamos para as bebidas ea garçonete foi muito rude sobre isso. Dizendo "você sabe o que você pediu?" Nem uma vez eu ouvi um pedido de desculpas da equipe nem o gerente.

O quarto padrão de outubro de 2018 tinha manchas de água no teto. O corredor tinha baratas. Contatei os gerentes na semana seguinte para relatar, mas não recebi uma ligação de retorno.Outubro de 2019 - Por que continuo voltando aqui? Equipe amigável! O tapete do hotel está sujo em todo o hotel.

La ventana y el refrigerador estaban rotos. Mi esposo y yo pedimos bebidas en el bar y fueron terribles. Expresamos que no nos importaron las bebidas y la camarera fue muy grosero. Diciendo "¿sabes lo que ordenaste?" Ni una sola vez escuché una disculpa del personal ni del gerente.

Oct 2018 Standard room had water spots on the ceiling. The hallway had roaches. I contacted the managers the following week to report but I did not receive a return call.Oct 2019 - Why do I keep going back here? Friendly staff! Hotel carpet is filthy throughout the entire hotel.

Windowand refrigerator were broken. Me and my husband ordered drinks from the bar and they were terrible. We expressed that we didn't care for the drinks and the waitress was very rude about it. Saying "do you even know what you ordered?"Not once did I hear an apology from the staff nor the manager.
