Airport shuttle driver doesn't stop at the airport shuttle pick up area. Drove right by without even looking if there are customers that needed pickup. Waited 30mins at the pickup location for nothing. It's fine to wait, since the service runs every 30 minutes, but it is NOT ok to just drive by and not pick up. Had to take a $30usd Uber to the hotel. Complained to the front desk and was contacted by a director of operations. Told me they will try to resolve the problem and want to hear from me. Replied him a week later because I was on a cruise without internet.It's been almost 3 weeks since my response with no reply to rectify the problem.

We booked this hotel because we thought it was in close proximity to the airport. In reality, it was about a 15 minute cab ride. Not bad but the free shuttle service to the hotel from the airport was a huge headache. The shuttle passed us by twice and we ended up acing to take a cab. Pros: convenient, friendly staff, nice shuttle service to cruise line ports. Cons: -not well kept (dirty floors, and pungent smell in hallway like a urinal cake) - a pretty far drive from nightlife and good dining (had to take a 15 min Uber) -food was NOT GOOD. our reservation of $315 did not include a breakfast voucher (strange) which is fine, but we paid $35 for stale tater tots from the night before, leathery sausage, Luke warm eggs and stale bagels. When I told the front desk about our disappoint with the breakfast at checkout (we only stayed one night) the worker said his manager told him they cannot take it off of the bill because we didn’t let them know at breakfast that the food wasn’t good. I simply did not want to be rude to the wait staff because o know it wasn’t their fault. I’m a millennial so I have FOBAK (fear of being a Karen) so I know this wasn’t the fault of the front end staff of wait staff, but to the hotel manger, PLEASE TAKE YOUR GUESTS seriously when they provide feedback. All we asked for was a refund of our breakfast. :( Overall, I would recommend staying at the Garden Hilton right near this hotel. Much cleaner and more hospitable. I would not recommend staying here. I’m hoping they’ll get back to me and make it right.

Hotel novo, e excelente café da manhã, mas achei caro ($200) para um hotel que não tem Room Service, por isso tirei uma estrela. Não tem opção de restaurantes por perto, o acesso aos mais próximos é horrível, tem que andar bastante, só não tirei outra estrela porque o Uber Eats acaba ajudando nessas horas. O restante é ótimo! Atendimento, limpeza, restaurante, academia... :)

A atendente Jackie é SUUUUUUPEEEER FOFA ❤️ Café da Manhã é bem gostoso, estilo americano (ou seja, não tem infinitas opções como o Brasileiro ou Francês), mas tudo muito gostoso. Quartos com duas camas de casal são bem grandes e aconchegantes, além de cheirosos e limpos. Piscina climatizada, bem gostosa pra ficar até a noite. É super bem localizado, logo do outro lado da avenida tem um Wendy's (restaurante tipo americano), Pollo Tropical (fast food) e também tem um posto de gasolina próximo. SUPER RECOMENDO!

Ótimo hotel, bom atendimento e quarto espaçoso e limpo. Se for precisar de frigobar e microondas avise o quanto antes, pois eles instalam no quarto mediante solicitação e pode acontecer de já não ter nenhum disponível.

Este hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y está muy bien ubicado por el tema del transporte, tienen transporte cada media hora durante el día hasta las 23pm y después cada hora durante la madrugada.Si estas hospedado sales en la mañana y vas hasta el aeropuerto en las furgonetas del hotel, esto no tiene costo y desde el aeropuerto puedes coger en tren comprando un ticket $2,25, avanzas hasta la parada government center, desembarcas y bajas un nivel y coges el metromover que es gratis, hay tres recorridos y puedes bajarte en sus paradas y caminar para conocer. Cuando regresas debes volver a la parada government center que es una parada común de las líneas de metromover, llegas a esa parada, subes de nivel, recargas el ticket y coges el tren de regreso al aeropuerto, el tren está hasta las 20pm, caminas al aeropuerto, caminas hasta donde te bajaste en la mañana y esperas la furgoneta del hotel, cuando lo ves le haces de la mano y explicas que etas hospedado en el hotel y te llevan, los conductores si hablan español y con ello regresas al hotel. También hay un transporte del dolphim mall que llega al hotel a recoger pasajeros a las 10am, 16pm y 20pm

Loved this location of the Sheraton. It was in a great area, lots of food options & two minutes from the highway. One downside to the location is it can be hard to make a left turn, waiting for four lanes of traffic to pass/stop, only to cross half-way, & wait for the other side of cars to clear. Otherwise, the hotel itself had plenty parking, had a small pond with ducks, smelled fabulous each time we entered, had friendly & helpful staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds & great shower & pressure. My family & I have said we're going to make this our go-to hotel while in Miami. Will definitely stay again & recommend!

Mi estadía en el Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport fue una excelente. Estuve de vacaciones en ese hotel desde el dia 5 hasta el 11 de octubre, 2022 y la pase super bien. La atención y servicio al cliente de los empleados fue excelente y siempre fueron amables y atentos conmigo. El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable y tranquilo el cual permite a uno relajarse totalmente en las vacaciones. Sin duda espero volver a este hotel en el futuro y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Just what I expected and needed.Sheraton properties never have disappointed me. Excellent customer service both check in and check out, clean comfortable room and excellent price was just what I needed after a very long day.

Good location near the Miami Airport with free shuttle service. Rooms are spacious but the beddings had hairs and stains. We stayed there two nights and room wasn’t done upon return on the second night of our stay. For the price I think there are better hotels to stay.

Very clean and reasonable price, they pick you up from the airport and bring you back and to the cruise port but don't pick you up from the cruise port. Very friendly staff and helpful, amazing complementary breakfast with eggs, bacon, kubasa cereal, bagels, English muffins and more. Obviously coffee and orange juice and other juices. Will definitely use this hotel and and highly recommend it. My only problem was that they don't pick you up from the cruise port.

Everything about this hotel is awesome. The staff is very professional and kind. This is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and will be the only place we stay while in Miami. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The property is filthy. The room was not cleaned and I wasn’t offered another room. I was told housecleaning would re-do room while we were away. The room wasn’t re-done upon return. Hair, dirty floors, dust and stain on comforter and sheet. Amanda Graham who says she’s the General manager, lied to me. I asked for refund and why I was double charged. Ms. Graham said I wasn’t and gave me corporates number. I asked if she was honest about the number since I was going to call about her property and not getting a refund. She said she’d never lie about that. Untrue! That number was Marriott Bonvoy’s Loyalty Programs. They had nothing to do with my complaint. I will never stay here again nor recommend this establishment to any of my business partners, family or friends. I used my American Express points to stay at AKA Brickell and it was beautiful! Should have stayed there from the beginning. This place is unprofessional and lacks transparency and civility. Don’t waste your time. I left in the middle of the night.

My friend and I had a reservation through booking for our trip to Miami, the location is good close to the airport and you have stores nearby. Since the first night we had an awful smell in our room like pee and they sent someone to help with it but it didn’t work thankfully we were only there for less than 4 days. Another thing you have to leave a deposit that they make you believe you will get it back in 5-7 working days and ITS BEEN A MONTH and I still don’t have to money back and they won’t get back to me at all so if you count to get your deposit back from this hotel you will be disappointed and the funny thing it’s that they try to tell me it’s because I have an international bank but I rented a car and received my deposit in 5 days like they told me so it’s not my bank. THEY STOLE MY MONEY

Las instaciones muy buenas, la amabilidad del personal excelente, lo único que no me gustó fue que solo una vez de los 4 días que estuve llegaron a limpiar el cuarto, creo que tienen que tener atención en eso, el elevador se arruino y solo quedaba uno y ese tardaba en bajarnecesitan de acelerar los servicio
