“The staff stole from us once & tried to a second time in the restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs it is amazing they are allowed to operate.
Rooms are not as advertised online.
I looked at several rooms all of which were dated furthermore they were totally unclean and smelt terrible. We decided to check out and not stay at this below standard offering. Unbelievably they wanted to charge us for one nights stay! Obviously having not stayed one night this was unacceptable and wrong. We agreed that we would not be charged with reception and left. Having returned home I have seen that they have charged my credit card for one nights stay and not returned my deposit which is actually theft. So, as well as misrepresenting their apartments online, they also lie and steal from guests who they have let down. Added to this, be carful in their restaurant. I found the waiting writing down all my credit card details and hiding them. Very shocked by this awful place and would not advise anyone to go anywhere near it. I will be There are so many other good options close by.”
