“The hotel was clean. The staff was welcoming and professional. A large shopping mall with a grocery store and many options for dining was conveniently located nearby. The hotel did not provide an airport shuttle or shuttle to Barcelona city, however, taxi service was available in front of the hotel.”

“I got there around 11am and was told 3rd room would be ready around 3pm. Got back after 7pm and still not ready. Manager was called and he actually ended up giving us a smoking room instead. Nice looking, sent us fruit for inconvenience. No pool and room not ready until late.”
