“From the moment you arrive the staff is welcoming and sincere. The atmosphere and the ambience is amazing. There is oxygen on hand for those who have not acclimated to the altitude of Cusco. The breakfast is amazing, I highly suggest getting the menu, it comes with the buffet and you can order to your hearts content. Elio is a must meet when being served. He is the definition of high end service. Diego is the must at night at the bar.”

“Beautiful place to stay, it's full of history, art, and great people. When stopping by the front desk, all members are very kind, but Alida shines on top. Incredibly gentle and servicing, while professional and human! At the restaurant, try to get a table with Hector (waiter), who is a great person and very professional. The suite we had was very well conserved and made us feel like we were back 2 or 3 centuries in the story. Colonial furniture, painting, and art were an impressive combination. The property is pricy, but it worth every dollar spent.”
