“This review is not about my stay. We had the chance to go downstairs and check out the new Lucky Snake Arcade. I have 4 year old twins and there is no real place on the boardwalk for parents to bring their kids until now. They had the best time. Great selection of games and drinks. But what made our experience even better was the staff. The manager came over to see how we were doing and made sure my kids were taken care of. Cristal was hands down amazing. She made sure my kids were having a good time throughout the night. She even came over at one time and reloaded a game that my kids were playing. Can't say enough about this place and your wonderful staff.”

“This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. It was disgusting and dirty the bed's sank in in the middle. The lights were broke there's no buttons on the phone the locks on the front door are broke off they switched me from 3 different rooms and still was ignorant to me with each change. If you can by any means do not stay in this nasty hotel.I am a nurse a first responder who decided after working sometimes as many as 90 hours a week tried to take a couple days away and this is how I was treated. It is totally unacceptable.”
