“When booking my room I was informed by the booking system that there were only superior king rooms available which was an additional fee due to the better room. When I got to my room it was no different to any other room! There were also stains on the towels in the bathroom. And behind the skin was not clean. I also ate in the hotel that evening and unfortunately was up all night ill with food poisoning. I have emailed the hotel and unfortunately had no response and this was a week ago. I will not be stopping there again unfortunately. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location for the exhibition hall. But unfortunately did not feel my expensive room was worth it.”
