Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a luxury Spa with excellent service and highly skilled therapists.The location in the heart of the city is just steps from Avenida Liberdade but in a quiet residential spot which allows you to feel you belong and gives a great sense of place. If you want to experience Lisbon and stay in an outstanding property in the center of the city, this needs to be high on your list of choices.Checkin, staff, service and location are great. The restaurant is great for quick bites and they have some of the best red sangria we have ever had. Very contemporary design with a comfortable vibe.

Estuve hospedada unos días y este hotel y a sido unos de los mejores en los que estado. Tiene un encanto especial. La decoración está con mucho gusto y no le falta detalle. El Spa y lostratamientos son de 10! El personal es muy amable, la comida excelente. Sin lugar a dudas volveré a repetir!

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Unos jardines y una piscina de ensueño. Zona de spa muy relajante la cual pudimos disfrutar. Las habitaciones dignas de un 5 estrellas con todo lujo de detalles. Los colchones y las almohadasmuy cómodos y la ropa de cama muy suave. Comida muy buena y personal inmejorable. Sin duda una experiencia en Lisboa que repetiremos sin duda alguna.

The One Palacio Annunciata is a truly first class experience. The lobby made an impression on me right away with an exquisite display of seasonal dried flowers. The public rooms are beautiful and understated.The service was very attentive and responsive. We asked to switch rooms during our stay and they were very accommodating.The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are fabulous. One of the loveliest experiences is a meal in the patio garden. And bonus! there’sapool! Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit.The hotel is very centrally located, in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Só agora vi a resposta e, esclarecendo a pontuação, para mim 3 estrelas significa que correspondeu às espectativas. Nem dececionou nem deslumbrou. A envolvente é bastante agradável e apesar de não estar à espera de ser barato jantar num restaurante de um hotel 5 estrelas, considero que o preço é excessivo para os pratos e bebidas apresentados que em todo o caso considero terem sido banais e o serviço demasiado demorado. Relativamente aos quartos, não me posso pronunciar pois só frequentei o restaurante.

No vale el precio que se paga. La habitación tiene muchos detalles pero le falta algunos metros. El desayuno es muy completo pero también muy lento y desorganizado puedes estar una hora. Y lo peor la música en la terraza a un volumen que nadie puede dormir hasta que terminan.

Our stay at the One Palacio was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and centrally located. The service was exceptional and the entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rafael. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a beautiful cake and champagne in our room as well as welcome cocktails. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again ourselves. Thank you!

A wonderful hotel let down by a lack of space and sunbeds on the roof terrace and the (resulting) attitude of some of the guests. This hotel is beautifully refurbished, has a wonderful location and the staff are great. The roof pool is also beautifully done and a lovely relaxing spot. The only problem is that there are sunbeds for around 35 people, in a 75 room hotel. The hotel has a “reservations for max 1 hour” policy, however in the two days we spend a small amount of the time at the pool we saw 1) guests be very rude to the staff: “where am I suppose to lie down then?” when they couldn’t find a spot and 2) we were told to move by a couple who had “seen” the sunbed first and protested at length to the staff, who then somewhat uncomfortably asked if we would move to another spot. No one really wants to deal with sunbed politics with the nationalities of Europe and their different customs of sunbed etiquette, so I suggest if you want to lounge by the pool all day, you go elsewhere!

Amazing hotel in fantastic city centre location. So relaxing and quiet at the incredible rooftop pool and courtyard. Bed was so comfy in a spacious and well designed room. Staff were all very friendly.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The One Palácio da Anunciada! The hotel is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. The concierge assisted us with multiple reservations as well as organizing our COVID test which was required for our return flight to the States. Overall, I would highly recommend!

A very nice establishment with an attentive and caring staff. The hotel is ideally located, near the famous streetcar 28, many restaurants and stores. The swimming pool has a breathtaking view and is very quiet and pleasant. Ideal to recharge your batteries. If you lack inspiration for dining or going out, do not hesitate to turn to the concierge, always smiling and with good advice. We highly recommend this haven of happiness in the center of Lisbon.

Excellent Dining options: Fine Dining Restaurant, Snacks Options, daily Afternoon Tea, Brunch, Very complex Breakfast with Delicious Dishes. Indoor heated pool and Spa with Sauna, Outdoor pool. Superb location close to the centre. Amazing breakfast menu. Great food, the rooms and grounds were a wonderful oasis from the busy city. The staff were exceptional and responded to any question immediately and certainly went the extra mile to make out stay perfect. A few minor niggles with room fixtures and fittings such as the main "patio" door couldn't be opened or closed due the the curtain blocking it. Though this was a very minor point and certainly did not impact our stay.

Un hotel maravilloso y muy bien ubicado en Lisboa! El hotel es fabuloso, la docoracion muy cuidada, el personal en general es muy amable y servicial (salvo algunas excepciones), todo muy confortable (incluidas cama y almohada) y la limpieza de 10. Lo mejor sin duda el desayuno... De los mejores que hemos probado nunca (por ponerle una pega el zumo no era natural, no lo entendemos). La única pega fue que la habitación estaba sin hacer a las 15.00h, imperdonable en un hotel de estas características...

Hotel muy céntrico, 5 estrellas, muy nuevo y confortable. Nuestra habitación, la 313, no tenía las mejores vistas, pero era amplia, cómoda y luminosa y con un gran cuarto de baño. El desayuno variado y abundante, servido en la mesa por personal del hotel. Recomendable si no te importa pagar algo más.

Se nota que es bastante nuevo. Han combinado muy bien el respeto a la antigua estructura del edificio de piedra y el uso de materiales más modernos. El equilibrio entre unos y otros me parece acertado.En la zona central tiene un jardín/restaurante muy interesante.La piscina me parece un poco expuesta y sin apenas sombra.El personal encantador.
