A pousada tem quase uma década de existência e precisa de reformas significativas. Atualmente usando a Covid como desculpa para eliminar o café da manhã quente e as festas noturnas, embora Drury Inn tenha os dois. Os jornais foram interrompidos. Os preços da lavanderia aumentaram. A programação da TV é antiquada e a recepção não é confiável, especialmente durante a chuva. A equipe da recepção é mal treinada. A equipe não impõe o requisito de máscara. O serviço de limpeza, entretanto, é excelente.

The Inn is approaching a decade old, and is in need of significant renovations. Currently using Covid as an excuse to eliminate hot breakfast and evening social, even though Drury Inn next door has both. Newspapers have been discontinued. Laundry room prices have increased. TV programming is antiquated, and reception is unreliable particularly during a rain. Front desk staff is undertrained. Staff does not enforce mask requirement. Housekeeping, however, is excellent.

Devido à preocupação, eles devem ter reduzido a equipe de limpeza de nossa suíte apenas 1 vez durante nossa estadia de 9 noites. (Eu sei! Eca!) Nada de café da manhã quente ou presentes. Acho que é o melhor que podem fazer para manter seus negócios funcionando. À chegada, a suite era muito limpa. Bela cozinha totalmente equipada - geladeira grande o suficiente para armazenar queijos, carnes, vinho, etc. Esperançosamente, as coisas voltarão ao normal em breve.

Due to covid they must have reduced staff cleaning our suite only 1 time during our 9 night stay. (I know! Yuck!) No hot breakfast or gifts. I guess it is the best they can do to keep their business going. Upon arrival the suite was very clean. Nice fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator big enough to hold cheeses, meats, wine etc. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

Lugar perfeito para estadias prolongadas. Os quartos têm fogões de mesa / fornos (dependendo do quarto que você recebe) e espaço de estar para comer. As cozinhas / quitinetes são fornecidas com utensílios e potes e panelas. A conexão wi-fi gratuita não é das melhores, mas eles oferecem uma conexão wi-fi atualizada que você pode pagar diariamente. Quando o tempo fica ruim lá fora, os televisores perdem a conexão a cabo e isso não acontece por um tempo. Portanto, tenha algumas formas extras de entretenimento à mão. A lavanderia é barata (US $ 1,50 para lavar, US $ 1 para secar).

Perfect place for extended stays. Rooms have stovetops/ovens (depending on the room you get) and seating space for eating. The kitchens/kitchenettes are supplied with cookware and pots & pans. The free wi-fi connection isn't the best but they do offer an upgraded wi-fi connection that you can pay for daily. When the weather gets bad outside, the televisions lose cable connection and won't for a while. So have some extra forms of entertainment on hand. Laundry room is inexpensive ($1.50 to wash, $1 to dry).

Lindos quartos, funcionários simpáticos, poderiam ter sido 5 estrelas fáceis, mas a TV não funciona. $ 300 por noite, você meio que espera que funcione. Eles foram gentis o suficiente para oferecer outro quarto, (depois de esperar 2 horas para que funcionasse), mas eu já tinha desempacotado. Eu deveria ter trazido um livro, e acho que não vou assistir ao noticiário da manhã amanhã. Devo ficar aqui novamente no final deste mês, mas estou considerando fortemente a mudança de hotéis. O deles é outro hotel próximo, e eu nunca tive um problema com eles. Mais uma vez, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, mas as expectativas não foram correspondidas com qualidade de vida.Fiquei pela segunda vez, e a tv funciona, mas as imagens estão tão escuras. A TV é tão escura que mesmo a batalha travada durante o dia (filme Rei Arthur), a primeira batalha parece à noite, e as cenas noturnas são completamente apagadas.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, could have been am easy 5 stars, but their TV doesn't work. $300 a night, you do kind of expect that to work. They were nice enough to offer another room, (after waiting 2 hours for it to work) but I had already unpacked.I should have brought a book, and I guess no watching morning news tomorrow. I am supposed to stay here again later this month,but I am strongly considering to switch hotels. Their is another hotel near by, and I have never had a problem with them.Once again,staff are extremely friendly,but expectations were not met with quality of life.Stayed for a second time,and tv works, but the images are so dark. TV is so dark, that even battle fought in the day (movie King Arthur) opening battle looks like at night, and scenes at night are completely blacked out.

Our room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Our family is so happy with it! Perfect for us and the location is really great. It’s near some shopping and restaurants so everything we could need is very close by. Everything was so clean and nice. We are very pleased!

Clean and quiet once in your room.Staff go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and pleased.The breakfast has quite a few options for the kids and adults.
