“The hotel is currently under construction which they do not make you aware of. There is also external construction noisy as site next door is under heavy construction from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. This will be going on for over a year as informed by the manager. The manager could not care less about the hotel reputation and it’s guests. If I were you considering to stay here then I would not both unless you do not depend on a good nights sleep. The manager is not helpful at all even when I made her aware of this and that guests should be made aware when spending close to £500 a night. You can not even use the stairs and have to use the coffin size lifts as they are under maintenance and being decorated, feel free to go up then if you do not mind so paint and whatever else on your clothes. The bathroom door has a glass panel in the middle and during the night the light beams through as there are not blinds on the windows so if you do not mind sleeping in the light then I guess you must not need sleep either. We have stayed in many Raddisson Blu Edwardians and this has to be the worst. Will not be staying here ever again any time soon definitely not whilst this mayhem is going on. They will offer you complimentary breakfast for one night for speaking up but do not expect anymore. Hope this helps someone and Directors do something about this. The rates should definitely be lowered during this period by 50% and all guest should be made aware prior to booking, it is just the right thing to do. Many others were complaining at reception and the manager could not careless.”

“There's no shower handle, the bath is a bit dirty.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and despite being a guest of the hotel- you still have to reserve a spot for afternoon tea.
The air conditioner is super noisy and inconsistent, sounds like a fan being played with all night with the fluctuating levels of air every other second.
I wouldn't stay here again. But the location is Wonderful.”
