“An invitation from NH rewards didn't follow the usual steps and suddenly a non-refundable stay was booked. At the hotel I was asked if I wanted a bathtub, which turned out to be so short, my 5'2" frame barely fit. The room was very small, the beds were hard as rocks, and the barn door on the toilet was loud and didn't close properly. There was nowhere to hang clothing in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so but the dining personnel were exceptionally good. The room was so bad we left 2 days early. The front desk staff was so disinterested (or used to it) that they didn't bother to ask how I enjoyed the stay or why I was leaving early. The location is a bit out of the way for people who want to see Sevilla on foot. BTW Tablafina, the restaurant in the lobby, was sorely disappointing and the staff wore their masks loosely and below their noses or on their chins while they hovered over us at the table. Requests to comply with the law were met coldly for only a few seconds.”

“La estancia en el hotel fenomenal. Habitación y limpieza un 10. Disponibilidad del personal en todo momento para cualquier duda. Terraza con unas de las mejores vistas de Sevilla. Parking público justo debajo, y sino normalmente en el exterior se encuentra sitio. Ubicación genial para ir a los sitios principales. En definitiva, mi pareja y yo hemos estado como en casa.”
