“Great hotel.. comfortable stay, i was a little unhappy with the way a member of staff spoke to me put that behind it was a pleasant experience. Its in a part of town where I expect top class service for the price that is paid”

“Wonderful location and amenities, very central and a short walk to Oxford Circus and Piccadilly for example. Has Green and Hyde Parks nearby as well as Grosvenor Square. A number of nice bars and restaurants very close by. I found staff to be super friendly and helpful, some reviewers apparently not.”
