Vendo os excelentes comentários, eu estava realmente ansioso para a nossa estadia aqui, mas infelizmente não era para nós. O serviço foi ótimo, não tenho queixas sobre isso e agradeço a equipe por sua gentileza. O quarto era decente, mas só tínhamos vista para o prédio em frente e o playground do 20º andar. A principal vantagem que veio com o pacote foi um churrasco à beira da piscina, que estávamos antecipando, mas profundamente decepcionados. Havia pouca variedade de alimentos: o sabor da maioria dos pratos era bom, mas alguns eram ruins. Foi o pior buffet que experimentamos em um hotel 5 estrelas em Hong Kong. Para completar, a piscina estava em manutenção, então estávamos sentados ao lado de uma piscina vazia e barricada. Não pudemos experimentar refeições à beira da piscina ou tirar fotos, que foi a principal razão pela qual escolhemos este hotel e não vi nenhum aviso de manutenção da piscina no site no momento da reserva. Por quase US $ 3.000 em uma noite de quinta-feira / não-feriado, tive buffets / regalias muito melhores em vários outros hotéis em HK. Mesmo em hotéis de preços mais baixos, tínhamos uma vista decente do nosso quarto e ótimos buffets, por isso nunca pensamos que o buffet seria dessa qualidade. No geral, a experiência não foi comparável a outros hotéis em que ficamos, apesar do preço estar na extremidade superior. Escusado será dizer que não vamos voltar.

Seeing the excellent reviews, I was really looking forward to our staycation here but unfortunately it wasn't for us. The service was great, I have no complaints about that and thank the staff for their kindness. The room was decent, but we only had views of the opposite building and playground from the 20th floor. The main perk that came with the package was a poolside BBQ, which we were anticipating but deeply disappointed about. There was little variety of foods: the taste of most dishes were okay, but some were bad. It was the worst buffet we've tried at a 5 star hotel in hk. To top it off, the pool was on maintenance, so we were seated beside an empty, barricaded pool. We couldn't experience poolside dining or take photos, which was the main reason we chose this hotel and I didn't see any notice of pool maintenance on the website when booking. For nearly $3000 on a Thursday/non-holiday night, I've had much better buffets/perks at a number of other hotels in HK. Even at hotels of lower prices, we got a decent view from our room and great buffets, so we never thought the buffet would be of this quality. Overall, the experience wasn't comparable to other hotels we've stayed at, despite the price being on the higher end. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

You need really higher floors to have a reasonable seaview (20 floor up). Restaurants and facilities are 5-star. However I always think the main entrance is not grand enough and can get really congested.

I have had stayed in the hotel for two days, including dinner and breakfast. Hardware is good in terms of room, facilities restaurant, etc. I also delighted that the restaurant is modern and beautiful where we can have a wonderful dining experience, customer service is also fantastic!

A vista da janela do hotel é muito impressionante, mesmo se estiver localizada nos andares inferiores, mas as disposições para o tráfego da piscina e a distância social realmente precisam ser melhoradas. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o mar no 25º andar, com vista de 180 graus para o Porto Victoria, em frente à área de Tsim Sha Tsui, e o índice de humor aumentou. Desta vez, experimento estadia de 5⭐ por uma noite, incluindo café da manhã e jantar buffet, o preço do pacote é valor absoluto. Tem vários tipos de café da manhã, o mais especial é purê de abacate, bolo de crepe caseiro, outros hotéis não viram, é muito caro.

Os funcionários são educados! Com um buffet de hotel cinco estrelas, não há ostras e caranguejos de patas compridas (mas com lagostas de Boston), o que não é satisfatório! O que mais falha é o arroz de frango Hainan. Esses frangos podem ser frango resfriado por cerca de 40 yuans, mofado! Há poucas opções de comida. É a primeira vez que quero patrocinar "Refeições" em um buffet (Arroz de Frango Hainan e Arroz Italiano). Pode ser mais barato (não sabia o preço por causa da refeição do meu filho!) (Depois disso, descobri que custava $ 799, compre um leve outro!) Por cinco estrelas, deve ser baseado no preço !

A Hong Kong classic. The best ballroom with a stage on Hong Kong Island. Unless you want to build your own, there are really no other options. Great backstage area for performers too. Not huge, but rare on the Island.

It was our second time in Hyatt and we loved it! Its our favourite hotel so far. Service is excellent. We enjoyed our time there and kudos to Haide in the Grand Cafe for always looking after us.

Staycationing here for one night only (unfortunately). Very nice and very clean room. Club Lounge is lovely, excellent service, beautiful view of the Hong Kong harbour, lots of food in the lounge, really nice ambiance. Cannot wish for more! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel.Helpful staff and very good service. Staff at restaurant spill a whole glass of ice water to my child at our dinner.Bit disappointed as the staff only gave us a big towel to dry our child but then did not give any other support..... We even had to fix our wet table and chair all by ourselves.We had a child with me and so we stayed clam to fix the situation.But that doesn't mean there should be no helping hands required.

Uma calorosa saudação, cuidado e atenção prestada durante a nossa estadia com eles. Os quartos do clube valem bem a pena a despesa extra e o serviço de café da manhã foi ótimo com uma grande variedade de alimentos. A piscina é excelente, se não movimentada, mas realmente parece que você está longe da agitação da cidade.

A very warm greeting, care and attention paid throughout our stay with them. The club rooms are well worth the extra expense and the service at breakfast was great with such a wide variety of food. The pool is excellent if not busy but it really feels like you’re away from the hustle of the city.
