Although we had a very rough start with them not having our room available which is very disappointing as they knew we had a large group arriving. Overall the resort was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. They always made sure we had everything we needed and even went a step beyond and kept my little one with a huge smile. We will definitely be going back!!!!

A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy some sunshine. The hospitality team were lovely, everyone says hello and good morning whilst you walk around and the front of house teams work hard to serve you quickly. The Explorers Club for the children could give more accessible information on activities but the ladies who run it were outstanding. Food options varied, quality high and ease of booking excellent. Cleanliness, house keeping very good too.

No muy recomendable si te gusta la privacidad y tranquilidad. El hotel es enorme, por lo que tiene demasiadas personas todo el tiempo, todo el año, lo que reduce la calidad en la atención. No obstante, si vas con amigos en busca de fiesta y alcohol, esta puede ser una buena opción... La playa es hermosa, aunque no se puede nadar porque es demasiado panda.

We stayed at Dreams for a week and had an absolutely amazing experience. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, checkin and checkout was extremely fast and simple. Every employee I met was so friendly and welcoming and treated us with the utmost respect. We paid a little more to stay in an adults only building with a swim out pool and we basically never left it because it was so perfect there. We thought the food was good. If people complain about waiting 5 minutes for a table I’d like them to go find their own help these days. I’d come back in a heartbeat and stay here again. The staff really was just amazing.

This resort and staff, are at best a 2/5. We were greeted on our 7 night preferred stay by a forced 9am breakfast the next day to push a timeshare upon us. We arrived to our room the first night to a phone that didn’t work so we didn’t get the reminder call for breakfast, nor could we call to cancel, place room service orders, etc. Salvador in the preferred beach area was far from hospitable. We had reserved chairs in the preferred area, which upon attending yoga and returning, had been moved. Salvador told us a towel doesn’t hold our spot because it is resort property and proceeded to say we were childish formoving the chairs back to where we had them and removing other peoples towels (aren’t those towels also resort property) to replace our own towels there. The rest of the week, our faces were recognized in the preferred area, despite any amount of tip given to the staff, we were treated with disrespect. Do not order room service, our travel friends never had one breakfast order correct and not to mention the “turkey club” and fries we ordered that arrives as three pieces of cheap white bread with buddig like ham slapped between them and soggy fries. Definitely not what we had expected from a Dreams resort. World cafe food was maybe mediocre, but always the same items day after day. Cheap wines, but if you wanted a good glass of wine for dinner, expect to pay $200 extra! We found a good tequila in the preferred club on our second to last day, once that bottle was gone they didn’t stock anymore…back to the cheaper tequilas! Maid service was ok, they did make our bed with clearly dirty sheets even though the change sheets card was placed on the pillow. Other details that were disappointing were minor, but very disappointing for our first and likely last, Dreams Resort stay. The grounds are nice, Beach well kept despite the amount of seaweed that rolls in all day and the Super Bowl party was well done!

We’ve stayed at Dreams Tulum and Dreams Cancun and a few other all inclusive resorts in Cancun and I have to say that Dreams Tulum was our favorite. The staff was so friendly and food was very good! They were very accommodating to our peanut and tree nut allergy. Their entertainment team goes above and beyond especially when it comes to making the kids happy! We enjoyed the nightly shows and the kids club. We also did a dinner romantico on the beach. This was so nicely set up on the beach and the food was delicious! Dreams Tulum was especially helpful in locating our lost items post check out. Thank you Dreams staff for making our stay so incredible, we will definitely be back!!

El hotel es precioso y está muy limpio y bien cuidado. Nos sentimos muy acogidos y bien cuidados en todo momento. El personal es extremadamente amable y divertidos, siempre con una sonrisa, consiguen que saques el mayor provecho posible de tu estancia con sus indicaciones y consejos, siempre atentos hasta en el último detalle. Además no es nada forzado, se nota que tienen vocación y lo hacen de corazón. Dos noches se nos hicieron cortas por toda la oferta que hay, aunque las disfrutamos muchísimo. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo mañana mismo, muy recomendable. Esperamos volver ♥️

El hotel con buenas instalaciones, al llegar tienes que esperar para poder hacer check in ya qué hay poco personal en recepción; personal insuficiente en restaurantes y en la piscina para la cantidad de huéspedes, no se dan abasto para dar una buena atención, por lo que deja mucho que desear. La comida es regular, poca variedad en los desayunos, no abren todos los restaurantes por lo que a veces no alcanzas a entrar en que deseas o debes esperar mucho tiempo.

My husband and I traveled to Dreams for a wedding and had an amazing time! The security is top notch so we felt super safe the entire time, the different restaurant and food selections kept us interested and trying different things throughout the entire 5 day trip and the safe was beyond helpful and kind. We loved the 24/7 room service and frequented the late night menu often. We definitely will be back. Thank you Dreams team!

Dreams was nice. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful with minor inquiries. We went as preferred members and the only extras we found were a preferred beach area, that you could not swim at, and a preferred bar that really wasn't any more special than the other bars. Food was mostly average, cold and typical resort food. The Asian restaurant was by far the best we had in our 9 nights there. My parents room did not have hot water for their 4 night stay. Multiple complaints were made and it was first found that the shower handle was on backwards, once that was discovered and my parents were shown the proper direction to turn the handle to get hot water, it was still just luke warm and no further help was provided to resolve the problem despite further requests. This was their first time traveling outside of the US and most likely their last due to the poor response on their problem. We had 49 people staying for a wedding and couldn't get this resolved, very disappointing to have to spend time trying to get this resolved. Two rooms within our party experienced flooding due to clogged drains under the sinks. Overall its a nice resort, but don't waste your money on the preferred package. This is our second experience with a Dreams resort and most likely our last, with much better options out there.

Estuve hospedada a fines de agosto de este año, solo que no había tenido oportunidad de escribir mi reseña. Fui con motivo de un evento y en general puedo decir que tanto el servicio como las instalaciones son excelentes. Lo único que creo se podría mejorar es la comida, ya que fuera de los pescados y mariscos que son de lo mejor, el resto de los alimentos como que les falta para estar a la altura de un hotel de este nivel. No hay mucha variedad dentro de sus diferentes restaurantes, y la oferta es casi la misma en todos ellos.

Very beautiful resort , the staff was wonderful. Very family friendly. A few cons though , the door knob to our bathroom doors kept falling off. Room service takes FOREVER to bring your food, expect a wait of about 2 hours. The hair blow dryer in my room did not work , and the steamer provided kept leaking water. Alcoholic beverages were very disappointing, Did not taste like your typical alcoholic drinks. VERY watered down . Besides that.. the view is beautiful.

Estrutura boa, quarto bom, bem localizado, comida ruim em todos os restaurantes ( restaurante gohan péssimo demorou mais de 1 hora pra sair a entrada!!! Asiático tb fraco !!! Os 4 que comi muito fraco e demorado!! Meu quarto 2220 não veio a tampa da banheira liguei 3 vezes e só chegou depois de 2 horas com muita insistência !!! Tive que ir até a recepção no qual o atendente me disse que tinha 420 quartos e não podia fazer nada !!! Pra mim não é um hotel 5 estrelas !!!! Não indico

Na chegada, mais ou menos 16h, o check-in estava una confusão. Depois de encontrar o local correto, me ofereceram 2 quartos diferentes do que havia contratado. Finalmente, depois de 2h conseguiram um quarto de acordo. A praia é linda, maioria dos funcionários atenciosos e os restaurantes são bons. A estrutura do hotel está muito desgastada, precisa de reforma nos quartos e áreas comuns.

Pésimo, paupérrimo en todos los aspectos, en toda la semana solo recibimos limpieza en la habitación y cambio de toallas una sola vez. Problemas con el agua o la comida, porque un alto porcentaje de las 130 personas que asistieron a la boda de mi hija tuvieron problemas estomacales. Lo que ofrecieron para el evento no satisfizo las expectativas. Las instalaciones del hotel necesitan mantenimiento en general. Servicio en la playa muy regular. El amoblamiento del lobby está sucio, manchado, da asco sentarse en ellos.

For the $1500 paid per person I was expecting a better quality of hotel and service. It started with the checking in, it took an hour and a half. The lobby 's furniture was outdated and dirty. Our rooms were cleaned 2 of 4 nights. Room service took for ever. The quality of the food and drinks were poor. The beach was dirty and smelled like sewer. Covid texting was very disorganized and long waiting hours under the sun. I will NEVER return to this hotel nor will I EVER recommend it.

it was actually a huge shame the service that i got offer at the hotel. I tried to stay one night with my family (that had reserved for 7 night at the hotel) and then they couldn’t even let me enter to the hotel to pick them up.After that, I had to reserve one full night to be able to spend some hours with them. After talking to them and paying 140$ what i got was not a room, just a side bed their room, 140!! They weren’t even clear about it.I am really really disappointed with this hotel and i would not suggest to stay in this one when you have way more possibilities.I didn’t like the service at all. They were actually even rude, RUDE. to the people staying.Apart from this, after negotiating, i got to stay till 7pm the next day, when i was leaving the hotel, they even didn’t let me go saying that i was supposed to leave at 5, when it was all already arranged and written by email.

Ana at the beach was a wonderful server, we can’t say enough about her. She was friendly, timely, and prompt with our service. She’s seemed to truly care that we were taken care of as guests. We definitely want to visit again thanks to Ana doing such a great job on the beach. She made the difference in our decision on where to vacation next because she was so wonderful. There were several issues throughout the resort that were less than desirable, but Ana’s service on the beach made up for it. Ana is the best that Dreams Tulum has to offer and we are very, very thankful for her.

Our spa experience and the 4ft pool outside our room was the saving grace of our vacation. The food was horrible. Alcohol was watered down. Iguana as far as the eyes can see, on the poolside and all walkways all over the property. Toilet clogged on our first night and again on night 3. Safe in the room did not work, had to call to have it fixed twice in our trip. Nothing beautiful about the property.There was a down tree with dried up branches and leaves that we have to see every time we left the room. Hotel policy on currency exchange requires you to produce your passport, not an ID, not your room number......... Your freaking PASSPORT!And they had the nerve to try to sell us an AM resort membership 🙄 If you don't care about the quality of your food and the reptiles walking by your feet, then feel free to book at Dreams Tulum resort and spa.

Arturo, Aremy, and Manuel gave us the best service we could ask for at the Bordeaux restaurant! Manuel prepared an amazing and delicious meal for me and my husband on our honeymoon! Arturo was wonderful during our service and Aremy was so friendly. We honestly love them all. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you come stay at Dreams Tulum! Si leo a alguien que haga una mala crítica de este hotel creo que lo voy a denunciar. Como puede alguien decir que es anticuado, que la comida es mala o que la atención es deficiente ??? Estoy segura q lo hacen para que la gente coja otros hoteles, es una mentira enorme ! No le pongo un 10 porqué no hay más estrellas. Es sublime todo y todos, instalaciones, servicios y personal. Una suerte venir aquí ! Llegamos ayer y todo funciona bien, aunque si, se tardan demasiado en dar las habitaciones. Por lo demás divino. Los meseros y personal de habitaciones sencillamente insuperables. En vez de ser un bloque de l.000 habitaciones el recinto está dividido en pequeños edificios llamados "haciendas", lo que hace que en ningún caso te sientas agobiado, claro si tienes suerte y no te montan follones con música a tope por parte de ciertos huéspedes, que parece tienen toda la impunidad.

We enjoyed our vacation for my birthday at the dreams resort. Great variety of restaurants and they were short staffed but made sure all tables were taken care of. The food was good portions were a little small, however it’s all inclusive and you could order more if need be so no issues there. There was seaweed but they had a crew with a tractor and other people with rakes cleaning the best to their ability which was great. The beach was still amazing even with the little bits of seaweed. The night life was great as well and we enjoyed our stay overall. Our last night they had an outdoor buffet and a Mayan show which was amazing and they had a market in the square by the beach which had a lot of unique items. We will definitely be visiting more dreams resorts in the future.

This resort is a 2 star at best. From transport from airport with no water or refreshments served for over a 2 hour ride from airport is unacceptable. Upon arrival at resort extremely slow check in process of over an hour for staff to sell you a timeshare and waiting for your room, again with no food or beverage offered. The restaurants were not all open everyday which makes your food limited for an all inclusive resort. On 4th of July the hotel had a beach party at $200 or $250 per couple and only 1 restaurant Open that evening for dinner. As an all inclusive resort the beach party should have been included for guests to attend and not have to pay more money. That is outrageous to me as a premium guest. The room mini bar was to be stocked daily and it never was and we had to call everyday for anything we needed to be restocked. The phones for all services were never answered and you have to call many times to reach someone. The food at the restaurants was fair at best. Not a large selection of restaurants or food choices. As far as the staff, they were all very polite and helpful when available. But the management or manager did not provide any quality service. This resort gives Dreams a fair reputation and we rate this place a 2 star out of 5.

This is a wonderful property the beach breathtaking and pool wonderful. My daughter and I were celebrating her graduation from high school a year late. Night entertainment was great the entertainment staff was amazing. Oh room had garden view but was wonderful. Love the sea side restaurant nachos my favorite. Drinks of the day were all great. No down side to this place I will be back 2023. Love it my room was 4111 I want that room again so close to everything

A beautiful resort with great entertainment for both kids and adults. They had a different live band every night. The pools were nice with plenty of room to swim and kids to play in. The beach also hugs the resort and the Caribbean Ocean doesn't disappoint. A swim-up bar is also available -- the alcohol is plentiful and they offer top shelf too. They offer a slew of different foods-- from Mexican to Italian and Japanese hibachi. The food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner to dessert. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities.The bed was comfortable and room service was on point. The staff are wonderful, polite, and will help in any way they can! Whether coming over with another drink ready or if you're in need for milk or juice for your kid, the service was speedy. Overall, an amazing experience in a gorgeous setting and me and my family will definitely be back!

Amazing resort! Our rooms were beautiful, great location, & well kept up every day. The grounds were meticulous, staff always keeping everything clean. The food was delicious, restaurants beautiful! Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. The rooms are completely clean, landscape is perfect, staff is incredibly helpful. The food is amazing and the variety of restaurants is fantastic! The only complaint I’d have is that the beach is covered in sea weed — but the pool is where you want to be any way, so many activity’s are available. Once again, absolutely breathtaking and an amazing resort!
