“Please been careful before you make a reservation at this hotel . I travel from Florida because we want it to invest in a house in punto sur and stay at the hotel while look at properties and left some cash for the down payment of the house at the safe in our room which is supposed to be a private room and someone enter the room and steal $4500 dollars in cash . No one care in Mexico . The Mananger does not want to do anything we call the police and it never showed up is very said that in a beautiful country all this happens and no one do anything to help you we are very disappointed now about this hotel and Guadalajara and don’t want to invest in a house not more .”
