“Convenient location, nice rooms but the service in the bar/restaurant was very slow. After a very large queue had formed and no bar staff to be seen after 10 mins of waiting I went on the hunt to find all staff in a team meeting in the other restaurant on site. Once I asked for service they quickly come over though. Drinks and food were very very expensive for what we got. I'd stay there again due to the location when going on holiday however I wouldn't eat there again.”

“If flying early from Birmingham Airport,we stay at this hotel. We booked in the restaurant for evening meal. We thought we had lost the booking as we walked over to check in and leave our bags. We were held up in the airport due to a problem they were sorting out for a family. We walked back and the table was still available and it was no problem. We enjoyed a lovely meal. It was my granddaughter's 21st birthday.The waitress surprised us with a brownie with a candle for the birthday girl and sang happy birthday. It was a lovely thought.”
