“The rooms are amazing. Staff is horrible!!! Old man at front desk was racist and judgmental based on skin tone and gender. We had 3 rooms. Us girls and kids came checked in early and got everything situated before the boys came. No issues. Guy at front desk was nice enough despite being overly flirtatious in front our children. Once the male members of our travel group arrived (who also had a room booked there) we where told that we had to vacate property for trespassing…even tho we had ALL rooms there. We just arrived separate and at different times. Apparently smoking cigarettes in the designated smoking area and the others waiting for the rest our group in the lobby like NORMAL ppl isn’t normal when you have mixed skin tones and genders present?? There was large event in town and over a dozen people from the event was staying at the hotel and many knew each other. To be treated like we where criminals and unwelcome in an establishment we paid for completely and totally uncalled for. This was my go to hotel when staying on this side of Jacksonville but I rather drive downtown and pay extra to stay someplace we’re welcomed. *Update* I have stayed there numerous times the last several years fact you say I’m not in system AT ALL is absurd. I’ve also traveled with others and had others book rooms for me there. You ask me to contact you but then don’t provide a way for me to contact you…”

“They were byfar the best hotel yet in Jacksonville we stayed at. They were convenient to Waffle House and IHOP, they are right outside the hotel in the same parking lot. Dollar Tree is located in walking distance within a few feet. I loved how the front staff handled the people loitering. They greeted us. They made sure we were comfortable and checked on us. They didn't just took our money and didn't care. They didn't have to say it because they actions showed it. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned. The entire building smelled great. The breakfast buffet was over the top, fresh, hot and delicious. We will definitely be back to stay everytime we are in Jacksonville! I love everything, absolutely not one complaint.”
