Meu marido e eu estávamos tentando encontrar um lugar para passar a noite e nossos telefones morreram depois de pensar que este hotel estava vazio e foram deixados aqui ... Bem, eles não tinham nenhuma vaga, mas eles nos deixaram sentar e cobrar nossos telefones por um pouco enquanto nós procurávamos outro lugar para ficar durante a noite! Eles foram tão gentis conosco aqui quando não precisavam ser e em um momento em que precisávamos seriamente! Acabamos ficando em outro pátio (carvalho de pedra) naquela noite, mas ainda estaríamos tentando chegar lá se não fosse por eles serem tão pacientes e compreensivos! Muito obrigado!

My husband and I were trying to find a place to stay for the night and our phones died after thinking this hotel had vacancy and being dropped off here... Well they didn't have any vacancy, but they let us sit down and charge our phones for a bit while we looked for another place to stay for the night! They were so kind to us here when they didn't need to be and at a time we seriously needed it! We ended up staying at another courtyard (stone oak) instead that night, but we would still be trying to get there if it wasn't for them being so patient and understanding! Thank you so much!

Ficou para trabalhar e WOW !! Serviço 5 estrelas. A equipe é incrível e as instalações são muito seguras. Sentimo-nos em casa durante toda a semana. Eles foram além para atender aos nossos pedidos. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente

Quando chegamos, não havia toalhas no quarto e nem sacos nas latas de lixo. Depois de pegar as toalhas para mim, decidi dormir um pouco. De manhã, a oferta de café da manhã não estava listada na internet e depois de tomar a decisão sacrificada de pedir fora do menu disponível, os únicos itens que meus filhos comeriam se esgotaram. Não voltarei a este hotel novamente.

When we arrived there were no towels in the room and no bags in trash cans. After picking up towels for myself I decided to get some sleep. In the morning the breakfast offering was not as listed on the internet and after making the sacrificed decision to order off the available menu, the only items my kids would eat were sold out. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

Stayed for work and WOW!! 5 star service. The staff is amazing and the facilities are very safe. We felt at home all week. They went above and beyond to meet our requests. Would definitely stay here again

The staff really took great care of my group. We where a large group. Nayeli was really awesome taking care of us at breakfast time i really felt like I mattered. Also Deanna was very kind and sweet and our whole group was welcomed by the whole staff. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond for us. 🧡

It was a great stay. Everything was good except few places were not clean like patio and missing exhaust fan. Most surprising thing was to pay $10 for night parking even though you have a room booked with them. It costs me $80 in total for one king sized bedroom but feel it can offer better value proposition.

Este Courtyard by Marriott está em construção há algum tempo. Eles estão atualizando todo o lugar com fechaduras mais modernas e muitos itens novos. Acredito que o quarto em que fiquei já foi reformado e tem uma cama nova. A cama é muito confortável como a maioria nesta cadeia. Entrar no hotel é um desafio se você está cansado, você tem que ficar atento a uma pequena placa dizendo para você passar pelo pátio para chegar aos quartos disponíveis. Eu perdi e eles me perseguiram dizendo que eu tinha que pegar um caminho diferente, foi cômico ontem à noite. A equipe é gentil e cortês, como de costume e muito flexível. Eu tinha o jantar entregue e eu liguei para a recepção e perguntei sobre sua seleção de refrigerantes e a senhora disse que ela poderia cobrar no meu quarto e apenas pedir ao entregador trazê-lo com minha comida. Isso me salvou de ter que usar uma máscara e sair do meu quarto. Este lugar está em construção, mas a equipe compensa isso.

This Courtyard by Marriott has been under construction for a while now. They are updating the entire place with more modern door locks along with many new items. I believe the room I stayed in has already been renovated and has a new bed. The bed is very comfortable as most in this chain. Entering the hotel is challenging if you're tired, you have to watch for the small sign telling you to go through the courtyard to get to available rooms. I missed it and they chased me down telling me I have to take a different route, it was comical last night. The staff is kind and courteous as usual and very accommodating. I had dinner delivered and I called the front desk and inquired about their soda selection and the lady stated she could bill it to my room and just have the delivery person bring it with my food. That saved me from having to wear a mask and leave my room. This place is under construction but the staff make up for it.
