“Estou morando e trabalhando na Tailândia e já fiquei em muitos hotéis 5 estrelas em Bangkok, mas o The Peninsula Bangkok é excelente em muitos aspectos: A hospitalidade, mentalidade orientada para o cliente, vista, quartos espaçosos, limpeza, Spa, gastronomia, incluindo comida à base de plantas (que é tendência, mas muitos hotéis não consideram que vale a pena o negócio ou simplesmente ainda não perceberam). Além das pequenas coisas como frutas frescas diariamente na sala, cartões de felicitações escritos à mão pelo GM, cartões de informação sob a porta dizendo que receberam a chamada “make up room” e estarão lá em alguns minutos, sendo recebidos por seu nome pela maioria dos garçons após a primeira visita, trazendo ferro e tábua de passar no meio da noite. Se eu pudesse melhorar uma coisa, seria revisar a carta de vinhos e considerar vinhos com melhor classificação internacional de diferentes faixas de preço. Eu amo este hotel e recomendo para solteiros, casais e famílias! Se você é um residente da Tailândia (cidadão ou expatriado), peça tarifas especiais.”
