Cannot say enough how great of a stay we had. Super friendly staff that helps you out of the car, to the front desk and up to your room. We had a small incident during our stay (no fault of the hotel) and had the opportunity to work with a Sr. Exec. (Megan) who made everything right without hesitation. I was impressed! Still impressed, and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work peeps!

The location was perfect, some of the staff were nice and I loved the view. However, the bed and pillows were extremely too soft for my partner and I, the shower had a very slow drain and our sheets and glassware were not changed the whole stay. I had to request new glasses. While we had a corner room, it still felt a little tight. There was limited space in the closet due to the coffee maker being there and there wasn't ay place to put our luggage once in the room. I expected the room and stay to be nicer.

From the moment we arrived I knew we had chosen the correct hotel. Superb staff, room with a view, room was spotless. Subway right across the street from hotel. We were in the heart of times Square We plan to go back soon and visit places we didn't have a chance to get too. We were able to see a Broadway show. Because we were so close to many things we were able to walk often. We ubered when necessary. It was cold, we came prepared. ❤❤❤

Well…it’s my first time at Intercontinental and I would never stay with them again. This review will be useful for future guests and those traveling with pets!What I didn’t like: 1. Their rooms are very dirty! They don’t clean under the beds, my cat found an open old oat bar and started to lick it, luckily we’ve seen in time and cleaned some garbage under the bed. Lots of dust behind the table with old bottles, cups and food leftovers that we partially cleaned. Windows are beautiful but dusty too. 2. There is no space in the fridge, just their minibar!Tricky minibar, be careful if with pet or kids. If the item from minibar (the fridge or the one on the table) was moved from its position, they charge you automatically to your account. 3. The front desk guy who met us upon arrival was rude (maybe it’s just New York mentality) 4. They don’t sort recycle and trash! There is useless recycle bin in your room, in the end they put everything to trash when cleaning. Nobody cares.What I liked: 1. Beautiful view from my windows. 2. Comfortable bed 3. Great locationMy overall experience was okay, but its not worth the money you pay for it, wouldn’t come back.

As is the case with all Intercontinental properties, this experience was outstanding. Rooms were immaculate and in perfect condition. Staff and Service just incomparable. The Intercontinental brand understands that they are in the hospitality business and everything they do is laser focused on guest service. Will be anxious to return to this property.

Nice hotel, great location, staff were very attentive and polite. A few minor gripes, we didn't have coffee replenished every day and kept having to ask for it to be done, broken drawer which did not get fixed while we were there, unbelievably expensive mini bar drinks (I know they're normally expensive but $12 for water!) We would stay here again because the location is great and the rooms were a good standard just very minor things they could get sorted.

Great staff, they are super kind and respond quickly if you need anything, I even forgot some jewelry when checking out and they were able to hold on to it and get it back to me within the day. Great location and honestly no negative feedback. Front desk guy named Francisco was super cool and a great help with everything. Loved my stay 10/10

Modern, luxurious hotel in a great location. Subway entrance right on the corner, a hop and a skip from Broadway theaters, with amazing views. Close enough to Times Square to easily access, but far enough to have a little peace and quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a wonderful rainfall shower. It was also stocked with premium toiletries. The location is not the cheapest, but we'll worth the price. Stinger Bar and Restaurant on-site was also good. When booking, inquire about room rates that include dining credits; they're usually an overall better value. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a higher floor. You won't regret the views!

¡SUPER RECOMENDADO! Cuidado con otros hoteles del mismo precio porque nosotros tuvimos que cambiarnos de otro hotel que fue una estafa y tuvimos suerte de encontrar habitaciones en el InterContinental NY. Mi habitación tenía una hermosa vista, limpia y amplia.

Hotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Sin embargo se señala lo siguiente: 1.El personal de recepción si bien es eficiente no es amable 2. Adicional a la tarifa de estancia el hotel cobra 29 dólares diarios por persona por estos conceptos: $20 daily Minibar credit, $20 laundry credit per stay, y High Speed Internet Service. Estos cargos se hacen a pesar de no hacer consumos del Minibar y por otra parte, se supone que la lavandería debe estar incluida en la tarifa de estancia del hotel. Es importante mencionar que este cargo no es conocido previamente por el huésped cuando se hace la reservación, sino hasta el momento de hacer el check inn, por lo que resulta una sorpresa e impresión negativa y se considera un abuso

I loved the lobby and the fireplace, as well as the evening wine reception. They also have great coffee in the morning. I may have just gotten lucky with my room, but I found this to be the quietest hotel I've stayed in. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled, so not every corner is square, but we loved it.

So, I left the 5 star 2 yrs ago, on returning from our stay here, but no actual review. I just want to add a bit extra. Our rooms were great, so comfortable, loads of room for 4 of us, myself, two teen daughters and my mam. We used room service, which was great and the man who brought it up was pleasant, very happy and nothing was too much to ask. When leaving to go and get breakfast the next morning, our doormen, were absolutely the best! After wishing us a good morning, asked if we had plans, then gave suggestions on where we could go for a breakfast. We took their advice and I have to say, they weren't wrong...it was just what we needed! All of the staff were great...but the doormen go above and beyond, definitely an asset to the InterContinental Hotel. The hotel is well situated for a stay in New York. You are a short walk from Times Square, Broadway and can easily get to Central park. There are buses close by that you can hop on and off to get to wall street and many other places. Anyway, the experience and stay here, has left such an impression and part of great memories, that we miss being there and can't imagine staying anywhere else...so much so, that we are planning another stay hopefully early next year and the year after...and we can't wait

Muito boa comida, porém caríssimas e não estavam inclusas. Um copo de suco pequeno chegava a quase 30 reais. Os funcionários que trabalhavam na recepção eram mal educados e sem paciência, diferentemente dos que trabalhavam no restaurante, que foram muito gentis e simpáticos. Além de tudo, cobraram muito a mais do que falavam que era pra pagar, simplesmente inventaram uma desculpa para pagarmos o dobro e bloquearam nossas chaves do quarto até que pagássemos o que queriam. Não voltamos mais, porém os quartos eram confortáveis pelo menos, mas definitivamente não valiam a pena pelo preço absurdo com o pouco oferecido. A localização é perfeita, realmente nisso é muito bom. Porém eu não recomendo, cobram um absurdo por muito pouco

I have been to the Intercontinental twice, both times they have never let me down. The Bar is very fancy and the food is perfect! Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean, and beds are extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Manhattan!

Hotel muito prático e com qualidade. Apenas um quarteirão da Times Square e repleto de opções gastronômicas ao redor: shake shack, mc'donalds, City kitchen e mais. Estação de metro embaixo do hotel e os quartos abafam o barulho da cidade que nunca dorme. Recomendo.

Hotel muito bem localizado! O piso do apartamento deixou a desejar, mesmo tendo pago mais caro para ficar em um dos pisos reformados e mais novos, o carpete grudava no pé. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, não está incluído e param de repor algumas coisas antes das 9:30 da manhã, vale a pena checar se tem o qie vc gostaria de comer antes de pagar e entrar

Location and has predictable Intercontinental Quality standards The concierge desk was understaffed with one person, and not at the desk quite often. Only complaint. I stayed in this hotel 6 nights in past 4 weeks and hosted 8 plus more nights with members of my staff as a business owner.

The lobby looked really nice. The staff were not too friendly. They offered a $20 food and beverage credit but we ended up having to pay a crazy surcharge, so a glass of milk cost us $25. The room was pretty small, but nice enough. I wouldn't say it was a 5 star.

Location There is apparently a NY tax of $30/night on the bill. But you get a $-- room credit/night, so why not just charge $5 per night? The room was not up to par with 5 star. The tub was dirty, and the metal in bathroom rusted, sink clogged, old furnishings.
