“Eu nunca fiquei em outro lugar em Kayseri. Acho Kayseri Hilton muito adequado para a cidade que parece mais bonita a cada vez que venho. Uma de nossas últimas estadias foi quando meu pai faleceu. Antes de falecer, ele me pediu um Corão inglês e não consegui encontrá-lo em lugar nenhum. Quando chegamos ao hotel, encontrei o corão inglês, que também o ensinou a ler no armário. Perguntamos ao Capitão do Sino, Ahmet Ali Balaban, e ele nos mandou para Ancara no mesmo dia. Embora esta abordagem não seja exclusiva para este senhor, graças a ele, a localização do Kayseri Hilton será sempre separada para mim.”

“Como resultado do meu trabalho, sou uma pessoa que viaja muito na Turquia e no exterior há anos. Nunca esquecerei minha estadia de duas noites no Kayseri Hilton por causa da negatividade que tive. Primeiro de tudo, o hotel é muito antigo e desgastado. O quarto onde eu fiquei a primeira noite estava caindo, a banheira era higienicamente repulsiva. As camas e travesseiros são desconfortáveis nos quartos, e o sistema de ar condicionado não funciona com eficiência. A equipe do hotel era inadequada e inexperiente, e o serviço nas áreas de alimentos e bebidas era lento e pouco profissional. Em resumo, o hotel não é nem cinco estrelas nem os padrões Hilton.”
