Stayed here for 2 nights.As a diamond member they usually upgrade me but this hotel is right off the interstate so no real point in an upgrade for a view and I was staying by myself so I didn't need the extra space.The hotel is having some renovations done. You can see it as you walk in the hallways and the bottom of the walls are stripped forthe boarding they are going to put in place.The rooms are ok the beds are comfortable. My only issue is the coffee makers in the rooms. They could be improved to kurig machines. Just my opinion if you're going to charge 250 plus a night in an area as remote as this since it's not in any major city and no real attractions nearby.The bathroom amenities are the basic ones you find in all Hampton property so I'd always recommend you bring your own shampoo and body wash.The hotel does have a washer and dryer which is nice, a pool open to 10pm and 24 hour fitness. hospedado aqui para 2 noites. It was a great location for our purposes (a sort of mid-day base for weekend explorations) and despite being just off the freeway, still very quiet at night. Dog friendly for our 85# furball. Breakfast was actually a hot meal (vs just prepackaged grab-n-go). We'd stay here again. I stayed one night while in the area. The area is pretty quiet. There is a Subway in the parking lot which makes it convenient for dinner. My room was clean. Breakfast was good. The omelets were good. The oatmeal was also good. But, the star was the cinnamon sugar for the oatmeal. I know it sounds crazy, but it really transformed the oatmeal. My biggest issue with the hotel was the thermostat. Because the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly or cut costs, the thermostat doesn’t go too low nor does it have a constant fan option making for an uncomfortable night.This will keep me from staying here again. I was on the fence between a 3 or 4 star rating and ultimately went with 4 because of breakfast and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Fiquei uma noite enquanto estava na área. The breakfast was pretty good. Probably one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen at a hotel. The pool was dirty you could see stuff floating all around. There were a lot of black things floating around it was so gross. I stayed here for 3 nights and out of those 3 nights the fire alarm went off 2 times. One for a short period of time and the other time it went off around 5:45 am and the fire department came to check it out. The sofa bed was one of the most uncomfortable sofa beds I have slept on. The springs were really poky. The laundry room was nice. They had detergent for you to use and it seemed clean in there. The room seemed clean. The freezer didn't seem to work we left water in there for 2 days and it still wasn't frozen... El desayuno era bastante bueno. Probablemente uno de los mejores desayunos que he visto en un hotel. Stay has been fantastic!Friendly service, clean rooms with all the amenities I need for my stay. Would definitely recommend this location if you need a comfortable hassle free place to lay your head. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I want to say that this was one of the worsts Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. The lady who checked me in at 7:54 PM on September 12, 2022 was completely unprofessional and was very unwelcoming. Looks like she was hired off the streets. Did not tell me what time is breakfast served, did not say anything about housekeeping. She was gutter class, ugly and unfit to work at the front desk. She deliberately placed me at first floor next to the elevator. I could not sleep all night because of the elevator beeping sound. The TV remote was not working. The television was extremely old with odd kinds of sound coming out of it. The working chair was noisy. The tiles had slight traces of mold which was very frightening as it is a health issue. Mold can be dangerous and can cause cancer. The tub was noisy. Overall this property is in a terrible shape with very poor maintenance. The Manager is doing a terrible job and not maintaining this property really well.Last but not least, I live at Hilton properties almost every week and have not seen such an unprofessional front desk worker nor I have seen any Hilton hotel with mold on the tiles. Probably my worst hotel experience to date. My room was super stinky, like smelly person stinky, even the pillows and bed stunk. Stains on walls and curtains, floor was so dirty it made your feet brown. It made me not even want to stay in the hotel.Went to front desk to get a refund and move to the other Hilton hotel next door. Approached calmly and kindly. Desk receptionist did not say anything when I told her, didn’t say a word just messed on her computer (while eating) and then said she could move my room. She was cold, stoic, and rude. I said it made me not want to stay how dirty it was and obviously things were not getting cleaned. She said no manager was on duty, she had been there the longest and they don’t give refunds. So I was stuck.New room was not as smelly, still stuff splattered on curtains and walls, (the elevators were super dirty as well. Stuff smeared all over.) and the pillows stunk. Floors were dirty in this room as well. There was mold in bathtub lining and hair in the bed.Super disgusted.Pay the extra $20 and book next door.
