A localização do hotel fica na ilha para um canto, mas sabíamos que entrar. O hotel compartilha estacionamento com outro hotel adjacente, o que não é uma coisa negativa. Sabíamos que havia uma taxa de estacionamento de US$ 25 antes do check-in. O hotel é extremamente datado tanto que minha avó sentiria o mesmo! Fomos informados de que fomos "atualizados" para um Waterview e ficamos felizes em ver que era uma suíte, mas bastante infeliz em ver como parecia datada, tanto com o elevador lento que mal acomodava cinco pessoas, carpetes velhos nos corredores também como nos quartos, cortinas florais e sofás que você normalmente encontraria pessoas em áreas sombreadas descartando a calçada… você entendeu.O quarto de hotel ficava de frente para a água, o que era bom, mas ficava imediatamente acima da piscina, que era um pouco barulhento. A vista para a água também foi restringida por ambos os edifícios nas laterais. Os quartos do hotel estão acima do buffet Jimmy, que tem música alta quase até meia-noite, o que torna muito difícil dormir. As camas não facilitam, pois são extremamente desconfortáveis ​​e comecei a ter dores nas costas depois de dois dias. Short version: Dated, uncomfortable beds, non-functioning toilet, no hot water, noisy, expensive.Long version: we booked a trip a bit late and within some price restrictions this was the only hotel available. At more than $500 a night it was still quite expensive for a holiday inn but location matters and we decided to fork it out. The location of the hotel is off on the island to one corner but we knew that going in. The hotel shares parking with another adjacent hotel which is not a negative thing. We knew there was a $25 parking fees prior to check in. The hotel is extremely datedso much so my grandmother would feel the same! We were told we were “upgraded“ to a Waterview and were happy to see that it was a suite but quite unhappy to see how dated it looked both with the slow moving elevator that barely accommodate five people , old carpeting both in the hallways as well as in the rooms, floral curtains and sofas that you would normally find people in shady areas discarding the curbside… you get the picture.The hotel room faced water which was good but it was immediately above the pool which was a bit noisy. The water view was also restricted by both buildings on sides.The hotel rooms are above the Jimmy buffet which has loud music going on almost until midnight which makes sleeping very difficult. The beds don’t make it easy as they are extremely uncomfortable and I started having back pain after two days. The sofas in the so-called suite was so old that the moment I sat and I sank in and probably had remnants of what appeared to be collected over 200 years in there. All the furniture was so poor looking that I just wanted to leave the room as quickly as possible.There was no hot water for the first day and after complaining somebody from the engineering department fixed it for the next day. One of the toilets didn’t work. I can go on and on.Overall the hotel didn’t serve the basic purpose of a hotel- a quiet stay, comfortable sleep, freshening up.If you want to stay on the beach better just spend a bit more and get much much more and happier stay for the vacation. Trust me on this.

Ótima localização e excelente vista do quarto. O quarto é espaçoso e as camas são muito confortáveis. Além disso tem frigobar!!

The hotel was nice. I like my view from the balcony and the room was clean. I would say if hotels ( not just this one) going to charge high prices can we please get bigger towels? Other than that everything was nice.

Room, hallways, gym, and pool area are keep clean. Sometimes the elevator floor are wet due to people coming out of the pool, but they are usually on top of it and make sure everything stay dry and clean. They do charge you for parking your car so beware. The sunset are beautiful to see from either your room (if facing the beach) or from the outside pool/bar area.

Verdadeiramente uma das melhores experiências! Pegamos um quarto aqui no último minuto porque o hotel em que deveríamos estar era nojento. Cada pessoa que trabalha aqui é incrível e o hotel é limpo e confortável. Bônus: as crianças comem de graça no restaurante no local. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente.

Truly one of the best experiences! Grabbed a room here at the last min because the hotel we were supposed to be staying in was disgusting. Every person who works here is amazing & the hotel is clean & comfortable. Bonus: kids eat free at the restaurant on site. I will definitely stay here again.

Is this a 5-star hotel? No, but it's also not priced as a 5-star hotel. What it is, is a great option to visit a beautiful area of Florida and not break the bank (that's for the restaurants and other activities in the area to do). If you're doing a vacation properly, you're not spending a ton of time in the hotel anyway. So why shell out a ton of money when you can book a room at a less expensive hotel that provides everything you need? All I need in a hotel room is a clean, non-smelly place to take a shower and sleep in. Preferably, with a nice bed with nice pillows. This place checks all of the boxes and then some. In addition to the room, you are located right on a beautiful beach, have a decent swimming pool, and have a casual restaurant/bar to meet up with anybody your traveling with. Knowing and seeing what our friends paid for for the hotel next- door, I definitely feel like we got a great deal and didn't miss out on anything they received for more than double the price. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the Clearwater Beach area.

Con mi familia nos quedamos desde el domingo hasta el lunes. La habitación súper confortable. Nada de que quejarse. Pero en la piscina los baños HORRIBLES. Inundados y con un olor a materia fecal súper desagradable. Mis niños no podían ir ya que el agua del piso le cubría los tobillos. Y desde el momento en que llegamos al 6to piso al lado del ascensor había depositado en el suelo room service sin retirar. Y cuando nos fuimos, 24 hs despues, seguía ahí. Eso atrae insectos y queda muy feo. Me parece que muestra lo mal que trabajan en ese hotel. My children could not go because the water on the floor covered their ankles. On the 6th floor, next to the elevator, there were dirty room service plates.when we left, 24 hours later, they were still there.That attracts insects and is looks very ugly.I think it shows how bad the house keeping department work at this hotel.It's a shame.
