1) The absolute most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid in. I say laid instead of slept because it was near impossible to sleep on. I have had better rest in the middle seat of an airplane.
2) I was a bit confused and felt out of place with the fact that there was not a fitted sheet on the bed and that I was expected to sleep between the flat sheet and comforter. Usually the more you pay the more or at least better you get, not in this case. I've had better linens at $75/night places.
3) The pillows might as well be thrown away. They look so nice and fluffy until you place an ounce of weight on them and then flatter than a pancake.
4) The shower was below par as well. With both nozzles on I barely get my whole body wet, and I am no where near large in any way.
There was other problems I had faced, but they were addressed and I hope they will be resolved so the next guess in my room will feel somewhat more comfortable than me.”

O hotel é amplo e moderno, bastante luxuoso. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são muito bons, o banheiro é grande e limpo, a cama é bastante confortável, TV e Wi-Fi de primeira linha. O único ponto negativo é a distância do hotel para um restaurante, porém, dada a proposta do hotel de ser próximo do aeroporto, não vejo como um problema para as pessoas. Um ponto bastante positivo é o transporte do hotel ao aeroporto e vice-versa, que é feito pelo sistema de trilhos do próprio aeroporto, tornando o deslocamento bastante ágil e cômodo. O preço é salgado, e vejo que somente é válido se hospedar aqui caso o valor pago seja bom.

Hermosa propiedad, muy moderna, limpia, con varias comodidades. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y con una decoración fresca y actualizada. Sorprendido de ver un rodillo de espuma de "punto gatillo" en el armario, para su uso durante su visita. Tuve una estadía agradable, además de ser un hotel muy conveniente para tener un vuelo de conexión temprano al día siguiente. Solo un viaje corto en tranvía (2-3 minutos) y estarás en el aeropuerto para tomar tu vuelo.

El hotel es grande y moderno, bastante lujoso. El personal es amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, el baño es grande y limpio, la cama es bastante cómoda, TV y WiFi de primera. El único punto negativo es la distancia del hotel a un restaurante, sin embargo, dada la propuesta del hotel de estar cerca del aeropuerto, no lo veo como un problema para las personas. Un punto muy positivo es el transporte del hotel al aeropuerto y viceversa, que se realiza mediante el propio sistema ferroviario del aeropuerto, haciendo muy ágil y cómodo el desplazamiento. El precio es elevado, y veo que solo es válido quedarse aquí si el precio pagado es bueno.

Linda propriedade, muito moderna, limpa, com várias comodidades. Os quartos são tão confortáveis e com decoração atualizada. Surpreso ao ver um rolo de espuma "trigger point" no armário, para seu uso durante sua visita. Tivemos uma estadia agradável, além de ser um hotel muito conveniente para ter um voo de conexão no início do dia seguinte. Apenas uma curta viagem de bonde (2-3 minutos) e você está no aeroporto para o seu voo.

Beautiful property, very modern, clean, with several amenities. Rooms are so comfortable and with fresh updated decor. Surprised to see a "trigger point" foam roller in the closet, for your use during your visit. Had an enjoyable stay, along with this being a very convenient hotel for having an early next day connecting flight. Just one short tram ride( 2-3 minutes) and you're at airport for your flight.

Super bonito. Limpio y definitivamente de calidad 5 estrellas. Esperaba que el vestíbulo estuviera bien conectado con el aeropuerto. Entramos en un ascensor que seguía llevándonos a la misma parada después de que nos bajamos del tren. Finalmente salimos de otro ascensor, pero nos llevó a la carretera. Tuvimos que caminar (estaba lloviendo) hacia el vestíbulo desde allí, ya que no había un puente de conexión.

Muito legal. Qualidade limpa e definitivamente 5 estrelas. Esperava que o saguão tivesse uma boa conexão com o aeroporto. Entramos em um elevador que sempre nos levava à mesma parada depois que saíamos do trem. Nós finalmente saímos de outro elevador, mas ele nos trouxe para a estrada. Tivemos que caminhar (estava chovendo) em direção ao saguão de lá, pois não havia ponte de ligação

We eventually got outside from another elevator but it brought us to the road. We had to walk(it was raining) towards the lobby from there as there was no connecting bridge

Não tenho nada a reclamar neste hotel. Serviço fantástico do check-in ao check-out. A qualidade da comida é excelente. Eu estava de olho no bife alimentado com grama antes de chegar. Não fiquei desapontado com este generoso corte de carne e foi cozido à perfeição! O pegue e leve 24 horas tem uma grande variedade de itens se você também estiver com pressa.

I have nothing to complain about at this hotel. Fantastic service from check in to check out. The food quality is excellent. I had my eye on the grass fed ribeye from before I arrived. I wasn't disappointed with this generous cut of beef and it was cooked to perfection! The 24 hour grab and go has a wide variety of items if you're in a hurry too.

La única razón por la que me están sacando 2 es porque el personal es educado.1) La cama absolutamente más incómoda en la que me he acostado. Digo acostada en lugar de dormir porque era casi imposible dormir en ella. Mejor he descansado en el asiento del medio de un avión.2) Estaba un poco confundido y me sentía fuera de lugar por el hecho de que no había una sábana ajustable en la cama y que se esperaba que durmiera entre la sábana y el edredón. Por lo general, cuanto más pague, más o al menos mejor obtendrá, no en este caso. He tenido mejores sábanas en lugares de $ 75 / noche.3) Las almohadas también se pueden tirar. Se ven tan bonitos y esponjosos hasta que pones una onza de peso sobre ellos y luego más planos que un panqueque.4) La ducha estaba por debajo de la media. WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE DAY ROOM! $198 for 6 hours. We had a 8 hour layover in SFO after two flights and 18 hrs of flying already. The Air Train takes you from the terminal directly to the Hyatt. Maybe 15 minutes tops from the time I walked out of the airplane to the checkin counter at the Hyatt. Rooms are super comfy! Renovated and modern design. The staff was welcoming and fulfilled all of our request to make our 6 hrs comfortable. The lobby has a market with an extensive selection of food and drink. There’s also a breakfast buffet. If you have a long long layover and need a place to rest and recoup I highly recommend staying here!!!

Stayed here on the 6th floor to do some plane-spotting. The hotel is very well-designed, and the staff are great. The room was perfect. Everything new, nice, and modern. The restaurant was just OK, but service was good. The lounge was very nice, with a lot of options for breakfast. Overall we had a great experience.

This is the most convenient SFO hotel if you get stuck due to delays or cancellations. Not only convenient, it was also reasonably priced and super clean. Since the hotel is new, I expected everything to be pretty close to perfect, and it was. My room had a view of the international A terminal and the hotel had binoculars by the window along with a plane spotter book to identify the planes you see out the window, that was a really nice touch. Also, unlike many hotels I stay in, they had plenty of power and charging ports near the bed. The best part of the stay is being able to leave my room in the morning and be at my gate in less than 20 minutes.
