I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W London for a business trip and it was an absolutely incredible experience. But it wasn't just the hotel's appearance that impressed me – it was the staff that truly made my stay unforgettable. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, every single employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were all incredibly professional and efficient, making my business trip a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the hotel's environment and ambiance. The W London has a vibrant and lively atmosphere that really made me feel like I was experiencing the best of the city. Whether I was relaxing in my room or enjoying a drink in the hotel's trendy bar, I always felt like I was right in the heart of the action. The hotel's decor was also a standout feature. Great location, Delicious breakfast , Great staffs and services though as Titanium member I requested for a room upgrade just for my 2 nights stay so my 8 months old baby can have a proper bath in the tub the receptionist at the front desk wouldn't honor my room upgrade even though there were several rooms available for upgrade during my stay. Had to bath her in the sink which was ridiculous! Rooms are nice, small and definitely not family oriented. The Location is definitely perfect for tourists.

Room was modern and not worn, like I heard about other hotels in the area. The sink and counter in the room functionally did not work well for the 2 of us. However, if I was solo, it'd be no problem. W's are known for their uniquenes.Comfortable king bed. Front desk staff were personable and informative. Great location.

It's my first time to London and I really I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are really nice and friendly. We arrived very early on the checkin day and the room is not ready. The staff gave us free breakfast(I am a Platinum member) even though it's not required. The breakfast here is also fantastic, which has a bunch of delicious food with lots of choices. They let us store the luggage in the hotel so that we can hang out for fun. We have a 2 year old son and the hotel gave a few gifts to my son and my son really likes the gifts. The hotel is next to China town and we enjoyed the food there. This is definitely a wonderful place I would like to recommend to everyone if you want to visit London!

Wonderful staff, exceptional service and suites are well equipped,clean, spacious with a bathroom fully enclosed. The individual rooms are comfortable except the sink in not in the bathroom with the toilet. The dance club is definitely a fun atmosphere. The ground floor security is outstanding ensuring guests are safe and well guarded in the busy central location.
