“The place is super cute and nice, I would definitely stay here again. I just was not a fan that it did not have a microwave in the room, It had the fridge and everything else in the room which was to be expected. The breakfast is good and they have a pool table as well!”

“Whenever I come to Charlotte (which is often) this hotel is my go-to. I’ve been a fan of this Tru Hilton hotel for a couple of years now. However, I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness and quality of the place. The quality has really gone down significantly. When I checked into my room, there was a large bug on the wall and red stains on the floor. I went back downstairs and notified the front desk about what I saw. They offered me another room. I went to the new room and saw the same bug but it was on a different side of the wall. I took a picture and I went BACK downstairs and showed the front desk. She seemed very nonchalant about the situation. She offered me another room. This room was okay but then I woke up around 430a this morning and saw a roach in the bathroom. So I am now completely done with this place. I will definitely find somewhere else to stay. If you’re not a fan of bugs and would actually like to be comfortable during your stay, I would suggest finding a different hotel.”
