“Beautiful property but the service is absolutely sub par. I have stayed at St Regis at other locations and this is absolutely the worst one in terms of management and services. The concierge / reception staff is very unorganized - inaccurate information, poor execution skills, in general NOT helpful at all. I reported to their manager Christian but never got any feedback either. The coordination with the Bahia resort is horrible - we booked golfing and water sports through the concierge but they never confirmed with each other, so when we went we were turned back as our appointment time change was never communicated. In general, services are slow and inefficient - WOULD NOT recommend at all, and will never go back - with the same or even less money, you can get better services and in general better resort experience. Not to mention that the food is not good for the price, would not recommend if you want to have your secluded type of resort expedience.”
