“A real meh. I've stayed in many hotels across the country and other "meh" hotels that have good enough customer service can make the stay more accommodating and enjoyable. It would've been an otherwise tolerable stay if it weren't for the below average costumer service. There were several issues, such as the noise level with the proximity to the highway and our rooms proximity to the elevator. Between the constant highway noise and louder than average elevator noise right behind my headboard it was a struggle to get decent sleep. The continental breakfast was nearly average although it was somehow less enjoyable than other continental breakfasts I've had. However, what really made this stay a nuisance was the broken 1980's-esque hairdryer that conked out mid-way through my style. I called the front desk for a replacement and they simply said to come down to the desk for another one. Not sure about other ladies out there but hair drying very long, thick hair isn't easy. So, I got out of my robe, put my sneakers on and trekked down to the front desk. The man behind the counter didn't even address me. He saw me walk in- hair looking like Bride of Frankenstein- barely looked up from his keyboard and pointed to the other side of the counter and continued typing as I took the dryer and turned back to the elevators. I paid $400 for a 2 day stay. I leave feeling slightly less resentful after this review. But would have preferred a kind person behind the counter to sweeten my day by at least saying hello. On the contrary, I'm starting my day leaving a bad review because of a few nuisances and a terribly trained or otherwise cranky costumer service employee.”

“Just ok, not great. I stayed there for two weeks in two different rooms. The temperature control was not working properly. It was either really cold or very warm in both rooms. The wall paper was falling off the wall in the bathroom. It was not a horrible experience but I am not sure I will be going to for my extended stays.”
