“Karla was a great front desk agent, she was so kind and gave me her best. Congratulations for your personnel.
The 2 stars are because I was disappointed about the hotel, it’s so old, has a bad smell, rooms old. I stayed at the Sheraton in San Diego and London and I was expecting something similar.
I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel. Bonvoy Marriott should checked the permanence of this hotel.”

“Amazing amazing hotel that made my one night in Lima so memorable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant was closed when i arrived but they sent me complementary food and dessert as a welcome package. The breakfast was great (included for bonvoy elites). Loved my room upgrade of course. I never realized how to empty the jacuzzi tub. Maybe some instructions would be really helpful.”
