“Very good hotel, right in the heart of Paris, walking steps from Arc de Triomphe. Minutes from Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The room I stayed in 120, was beautiful. Hotel staff very courteous. I lost my phone in a taxi on the way from the hotel to Gare de Lyon. The hotel staff was immensely helpful in getting in touch with the cab company and I had my cell back within an hour....
I would stay in this hotel in my next trip to Paris.”

“Room was on the small side but bathroom was ok. Soundproof from outside the room. But in between rooms we could hear the next room’s conversations and TV! Also loud drilling noise daily at 730am sharp during our stay in early Nov 2022 - hotel didnt inform us about this. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly and others were slightly indifferent.”
