“Convenient downtown location -- no car required. Competent, available staff. Respectable restaurant (if slightly overpriced). Immaculately clean business-class no-frills rooms. Great city views, if you're up high enough. NOON check-out! The TV isn't "smart," so bring your cables. A single in-house movie costs more than two months' Netflix premiums. In-room Wi-Fi is NOT free; in 2018, that's totally unacceptable. The in-house ATM charges a $2.50 fee for all transactions.”

“I liked that is was central and easy to walk up Spark street to the main part of downtown. The second elevator needs to be fixed as there is a lot of waiting time for the one that is working. I would prefer a better explanation about the cost of parking and the levels in the public garage. There should be a basic fee for your stay at the hotel”
