Fantastic location, more casual atmosphere but service levels, at all levels are going downhill.I am not clear if this is mismanagement or lack of skilled labor or both.either way, it is sad and unacceptable Localização fantástica, ambiente mais casual, mas os níveis de serviço, em todos os níveis, estão em declínio. Não estou claro se isso é má administração ou falta de mão de obra qualificada ou ambos. de qualquer forma, é triste e inaceitável

No tengo claro si esto es mala gestión o falta de mano de obra calificada o ambos. De cualquier manera, es triste e inaceptable.

Restaurant staff have no idea how to serve food and drinks. They are closing the service whenever they want, arguing and refusing to take our drinks order 'because they are already cleaned the equipment "🤣 In 5* I didn't expect to hear: " It's not my problem if you don't like it". Os funcionários do restaurante não têm ideia de como servir comida e bebida. Estão a fechar o serviço sempre que querem, a discutir e a recusar-se a anotar os nossos pedidos de bebidas 'porque já estão a limpar o equipamento" 🤣 Em 5* não esperava ouvir: "Não é problema meu se não gostas ".

El personal del restaurante no tiene idea de cómo servir alimentos y bebidas. Están cerrando el servicio cuando quieren, discutiendo y negándose a tomar nuestra orden de bebidas 'porque ya limpiaron el equipo' 🤣 En 5* no esperaba escuchar: 'No es mi problema si no te gusta ".

I'm very satisfied with this property. Stayed with them whilst on vacation and they made me feel welcome from the time I stepped in the hotel. Also, they attended to all my requests in speedy manner. Property is just different! Estou muito satisfeito com este imóvel. Fiquei com eles durante as férias e eles me fizeram sentir bem-vindo desde o momento em que entrei no hotel. Além disso, eles atenderam a todos os meus pedidos de forma rápida. Propriedade é apenas diferente!
