“Li vários relatos negativos sobre o hotel, principalmente para acomodação tipo estúdio feita através da RCI. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Primeiramente, o atendimento e a reserva feita pela RCI ocorreram de forma satisfatória. Quanto ao hotel, foi maravilhoso! Ninguém quis empurrar programa de férias, o chekin e chekout foram super rápidos, a área do resort é linda, com muitas atividades. O quarto estava limpo, e tinha direito a uma limpeza pois fiquei mais de 7 dias. No estúdio a cozinha é parcial e eu não sei porque pois nãofalta nada. O hotel disponibiliza sabão para louça, roupa e banho, xampoo e condicionador, e se acabar é só pedir as funcionárias da limpeza. As toalhas não são trancadas se vc não pagar, mas há uma área para lavar as roupas em cada corredor e é super rapido e prático. Meu quarto tinha 2 camas casal tamanho padrãoconfortáveis, e a roupa de cama estava ok.Apesar de carpete, eter rinite alérgica, não tive crises. O boxe molha o chão, mas basta colocar a cortina mais curta para dentro da banheira que problema resolve. A localização é próxima dos parques da Disney e próximo tem muitos centros comercias com todas as lojas que brasileiro gosta. Fica distante da Universal. Porém, com carro não tem problema. Enfim, adorei tudo! Voltaria com certeza. Tive ótimos dias!”

“Pretty nice resort a d it's huge. Above average but far from high end. Very clean thou (inside and out) bunch of things you can do here for free and pay extra for other activities that offered here. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Food was good and prices affordable. Staff was nice and helpful. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa furniture was decent, TVs were small and old.”
