No geral ficamos muito satisfeitos. No entanto, gostaria de dizer que o café da manhã foi um pouco abaixo do esperado. Os ovos não têm sabor. Também a cama king size não era tão confortável quanto eu esperava. Estes não são disjuntores especialmente não para o preço e localização. Eu apenas sou particular.

Overall we were very satisfied. However I would say that the breakfast was a little underwhelming. The eggs has no flavor. Also the king size bed was not as comfortable as I would expect. These are not deal breakers especially not for the price and location. I just am particular.

pior experiência não ficar aqui, por que falta de pessoal 45 minutos para fazer o check-in. nenhum cartão de bagagem me levou quatro viagens para tirar toda a minha bagagem do carro, não limpou o quarto, sem toalhas, cama não feita, não esqueça de dizer na recepção que você quer que seu quarto seja limpo sim acredite ou não você tem que dizer a ele, absurdo mesmo que sinal lembrando ao formar clientes que eles querem o quarto limpo. Este é apenas um truque antigo para reduzir os requisitos de pessoal e obter mais lucros. Confuso é isso um Hilton ou Hampton esclarecer para os clientes má sinalização para encontrar o hotel. Nenhuma ajuda de check-in. Eu poderia continuar, mas perdi tempo suficiente com o mau serviço deles, também muito caro para o serviço.

Ciara Williams, gerente geral do Atlanta Perimeter Center, foi muito gentil, gentil e profissional. Ela conseguiu recuperar nossos quartos. Tínhamos dirigido quase 5 horas apenas para descobrir que nossos quartos foram cancelados devido a um problema no cartão de crédito. Eu não tinha certeza de onde encontraríamos um hotel naquela área depois das 21:00. Estávamos lá com meu filho, que estava participando de uma apresentação não assinada de basquete sênior no dia seguinte. A Sra. Ciara Williams conseguiu recuperar nossos quartos e aplicar a mesma tarifa. Obrigado Jesus! Estou muito agradecido que o Hampton Inn tenha funcionários dispostos a estender a graça durante um período em que minha família não tinha alternativas.

Faltavam algumas coisas que eu esperava da marca Hampton. Os waffles anunciados em seus outdoors não estão disponíveis, pois estavam sem massa, aparentemente por um tempo. A cafeteira no andar de baixo secou, depois foi reabastecida. A cafeteira do quarto não funcionava. Eu queria deixar um bilhete, mas não havia cadernos ou canetas na sala. Quando saímos, não nos perguntaram sobre a estadia. Caso contrário, o quarto era muito bom e o hotel estava em um local encantador.

De longe o pior hotel que já visitei. A equipe foi doce, mas eu não tinha água quente para tomar banho todo o fim de semana que visitei. Eu tive que descer para a recepção para obter toalhas limpas também. Não me senti nada confortável.

A estadia foi muito boa. Boa localização para férias em família. Como eu paguei mais de US $ 700 por uma semana, minha esposa ficou menstruada no meio da noite bagunçando o colchão, fui cobrado um extra de US $ 500 + (ainda me cobrando mais de uma semana após o check-out) por isso e quando ligamos para tentar e consertar e explicar o gerente ou quem já nos deparamos foi realmente desagradável para nós e, por esse motivo, não voltaremos ou recomendaremos este estabelecimento. O que é realmente lamentável, porque meu filho se divertiu muito em seu primeiro aniversário ficando no hotel e brincando com a senhora muito simpática na recepção

La estancia fue muy agradable. Buena ubicación para unas vacaciones en familia. Sin embargo, pagué más de $ 700 por una semana, mi esposa tuvo su período en medio de la noche y estropeó el colchón. Me cobraron más de $ 500 adicionales (todavía me cobran más de una semana después de la salida) por eso y cuando llamamos para intentar y arreglar y explicar que el gerente o con quien nos pusimos en contacto fue realmente desagradable con nosotros y por esa razón no volveremos ni recomendaremos este establecimiento. Lo cual es realmente desafortunado porque mi hijo lo pasó muy bien en su primer cumpleaños alojándose en el hotel y jugando con la señora muy amable en la recepción.

worst experience don't stay here, why understaffed 45 minutes to check in.no luggage cards took me four trips to get all my luggage out of the car, did not clean the room, no towels,, bed not made, don't forget to tell at the desk you want your room cleaned yes believe it or not you gotta tell him, absurd even though sign reminding when forming clients that they want the room cleaned. This is just an old trick to reduce the staffing requirements and make more profits. Confusing is this a Hilton or Hampton clarify for clients poor signage to find the hotel. No check-in help. I could go on but I've wasted enough time with their poor service, also overpriced for the service.

Ciara Williams, General Manager at the Atlanta Perimeter Center location was very kind, gracious and professional. She was able to recover our rooms. We had driven almost 5 hours only to find out that our rooms were canceled due to a credit card issue. I wasn't sure where we would find a hotel in that area after 9:00pm. We were there with my son, who was attending an unsigned senior basketball showcase the following day. Ms. Ciara Williams was able to recover our rooms and apply the same rate. Thank you Jesus! I'm so thankful that Hampton Inn has employees who are willing to extend grace during a time when my family did not have any alternatives.

A few things were missing that I expect from the Hampton brand. The waffles advertised on their billboards we're not available since they were out of batter, seemingly for a while. The coffee pot downstairs ran dry, it was later replenished. The coffee maker in the room did not work. I wanted to leave a note, but there were no notepads or pens in the room. When we checked out we were not asked about our stay. Otherwise, the room was very nice and the hotel was in a lovely location.

By far the worst hotel I've ever visited. The staff was sweet, but I didn't have hot water to shower the whole weekend I visited. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get clean towels also. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

The stay was really nice. Good location for a family vacation. How ever I paid over $700 for a week my wife got her period in the middle of the night messing up the mattress I got charged an extra $500+(still charging me over a week after check out) for that and when we called to try and fix and explain they manager or whom ever we got ahold of was really nasty to us and for that reason we won’t be coming back or recommending this establishment. Which is really unfortunate because my son had such a great time for his first birthday staying at the hotel and playing with the very nice lady at the front desk

Hotel incrível! O cuidado e consideração com as "pequenas" coisas estava consideravelmente acima da média. O café da manhã era bom - com ofertas extensas - alimentos quentes eram quentes, alimentos frios eram frios. A equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa. Hotel estava limpo por toda parte. A área de café-da-manhã tinha uma lareira a gás e uma bela decoração caseira de outono. O quarto era confortável e muito limpo. As camas e travesseiros eram confortáveis. Definitivamente ficaria novamente!

Amazing hotel! The care and consideration to the "little" things was considerably above average. Breakfast was good - with extensive offerings - hot foods were hot, cold foods were cold. Staff was attentive and helpful. Hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast area had a gas log fireplace and beautiful homey fall decor. The room was comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Definitely would stay again!
