“Leaving. Worst customer service as they have fired everyone. If you enjoy waiting on hold for 3-4 minutes to speak to someone, dirty rooms and aggressive disrespectful management this is your place The manager. No staff. Dirty rooms. Terrible bed. The "Queen" bed is a double and old”

“Location was great, room was clean and well sized there was an additional $35 fee for parking and a $32 fee for having our pet there. This was a surprise at check-out. We also couldnt use the pool/sauna because of their covid policies - signup could have been more fair for later checkins”
