“In general, the hotel was great. Cleanliness and very friendly staff . However, when I asked for extra free water for my room, they said I have to pay for it! Decent breakfast spread with egg station and simple sausage and bacon ! Wifi signal was great and room given at club level . Comfy bed with complete toilet amenities provided daily. The club lounge was nice but limited with food and drink choices. Nice view outside and you can enjoy the view or to have a smoke too!”

“A top-tier hotel experience!
We stayed three nights at the Club level and enjoyed all of it. Attentive and professional staff. Well appointed, clean, modern and spacious rooms. Easy access to a metro station. No waiting for the fast and efficient elevators.
I give 4 rather than 5 stars for two reasons. The electronic room keys failed to work once or twice per day, requiring trips to the front desk. And the beds are EXTREMELY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Almost unacceptable in my opinion.”
