“Fantastic Staff, your luxury staying place in Sao Paulo”

“Hi everyone,
I'm writing this down with such a pleasure.
InterContinental Sao Paulo is a great place for you to stay even in COVID times.
Starting for the booking process, I loved the way they have facilitated it with a link for payment online which if I were to be a first time booker it would've made me feel safe, as I already know the hotel just made me thankful for saving my time with the booking process optimized.
The front desk helped me out with a reservation at the Godet Bar for a friends and family reunion. The service was amazing thank you Renata for setting up the reservation, Carlos for your service and Elton for setting up the table for us in a very exclusive area where we all felt great.
Talking about their Breakfast: I'm impressed that they are serving the buffet once again outside of Brazil I haven't seen the other IHG hotels going back to normal but they did and guess what, what a yummy breakfast. Some names you should look for are Barbosa, Eraldo, Evandro (I'm not sure about his name) Jose Evanio they are great people and will take a great care of you, not to mention that they have amazing Tapiocas, Scrambled Eggs and other stuff you can order out of the buffet.
Last but not least: The ROOM!
I stayed in a room that literally reminded me why Brazil is so appreciated by many foreigners. To start with the setup that showed was that it was all prepared with so much love and attention to details. The good smell of the bed sheets and the daily exchange of them are a plus. Going out for a coffee and coming back with your room cleaned and your bed made with such agility and precision is a service that you should be proud to offer because I was glad to receive it.
