Hotel razoável, TV em péssima posição, não há lugar para pendurar toalha, não tem frigobar e atendimento fraco da recepção.

A localização é excelente. Perto de metro. O Quarto é pequeno, sem armário. O banheiro também é pequeno. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas tudo é bom.

Tivemos alguns problemas com o ralo do banheiro do quarto. Eles tentaram arrumar, mas sem sucesso. Nos trocaram de quarto sem problemas. Quartos pequenos e meio velhos. A localização é muito boa, mas deixa muito a desejar no serviço e acomodações.

Desagradável. Nao pelo hotel em sim, mas por um atendente ( nao gravei o nome) que foi mal educado. Passou meu cartao no debito em vez de credito e, como nao havia habilitado a funcao, nao foi autorizado. Na hora lancou meu cartao em sinal negativo como se eu n tivesse dinheiro. Como era noite e eu estava cansado da viagem longa e sem entender, resolvi pagar em dinheiro. Na saída foi a mesma coisa:fui pagar o cafe no cartao e ele fez uma cara negativa e de chateacao apontando pra minha carteira afirmando que eu tinha dinheiro, entao pra pgar em dinheiro. Como eu estava atrasado pra pegar o trem e era ainda madrugada, resolvi pagar em dinheiro e nao discutir....desde o inicio nao fui bem tratado. Sem contar que o hotel foi caro pro que apresentou. N me forneceu as duas camas de solteiro pedidas e outras coisas. Depois encontrei hoteis mais baratos e melhores mas n tinha mais o que fazer. Experiencia muito ruim

Se não se tivessem esquecido de arrumar o quarto num dos dias poderiam levar mais uma estrela. Quarto pequeno mas asseado e bem localizado. Suficiente para quem quer apenas dormir e tomar um duche no hotel

Localização ótima, porém o quarto cheira mal, a pia entope e está com decoração ultrapassada. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Café da manhã é muito bom, porém caro.

Hotel 3 estrelas muito similar aos da rede Ibis. Possui uma boa relação custo-benefício para o que oferece. Sua localização é excelente, a poucos passos de duas estações de metrô: Chemim Vert e Bréguet Sabin. Nas proximidades do hotel, localizado no 11° arrondissement (bairro do Marais), podem ser encontrados vários restaurantes, lojas, mercados e pontos comerciais.

Estive no hotel em maio de 2011, o atendimento foi muito prestativo, o quarto e banheiro muito limpos até com um cheirinho suave no carpete, cortesia de café, chá, leite, chaleira elétrica e biscoitos no quarto, havia secador de cabelos, silencioso, janela com vista para o jardim do hotel, café da manhã muito bom. Talvez isso tenha mudado, mas foi uma estadia incrível.

El hotel es limpio. La recepción es muy amable. Las habitaciones son chicas pero ideal para una visita de unos días a París. Está muy cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos.

Hotel en reformas. Si vas entre semana los ruidos de los albañiles te despertaran. Cuando terminen será una muy buena opción por su ubicación, limpieza y trato.

Buena ubicación, resto muy insuficiente, poca limpieza, no nos han hecho la habitación ningún día y sin explicación, desayuno,escaso regular y caro, sucio en general. No recomendable.

So this "hotel" is more like a hostel with bad beds tossed in a room. It is under construction and being remodeled but the prices do not reflect the inconvenience and noise. Luckily we were out and about most the day. Concerning that we asked for no cleaninghung the sign closed the doors to block bedroom, they still came in. Nothing was missing , but after coming in when asked not to they just made the beds not changing the sheets. Place was ok on the cleanliness, Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful that is the only plus I have, maybe location for half a star too. Save your money find an Air bnb near a train station

We have come during it's refurbishment so the car park was closed and had to park at opera Bastille down the road. The entrance was alright, location brilliant, the rooms were smaller than expected and and to be honest it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. But it did the job and rooms were serviced everyday. I would like to come back after the refurbishment to see if the facelift is all it needs! Breakfast was steep for a coffee and croissant.

When we checked into the hotel the room we were assigned was very dirty with hairs on the sheets and a big stain on the bed which was disgusting.When complained the staff was very rude but moved us to again. The final room given was very dated with water damaged and no window. While the hotel is under construction they really need to invest in renovation of the interior and training staff how to appropriately treat customers.

Hotel has a good location, it has two metro lines within 3 min walking distances. However during our stay the hotel was being renovated, which was clearly visible in the hallways and outside. We stayed there for 2 nights, and the first night one of our rooms didn’t have warm water!! When we complained at night, the receptionist said he couldn’t help but he would ask the repair guy to come by in the morning. This was really inconvenient for us. Imagine if you would only stay here for 1 night. The repair guy starts at 9, and only had our warm water on his list. However in the morning no one came by. After complaining again in the morning we got a replacement room. The staff didn’t put it in their administration and even bothered my friends the next morning again. The 2 stars are only because of its location.

The hotel was OK and the staff was quite friendly... they provided gluten-free bread and even responded to our queries prior to our stay. What almost ruined our experience was a messed up taxi booking that was very important for us. We informed the staff two days in advance and were told the booking was confirmed 24 hrs in advance, but late at night our room phone rang to inform us that not only was there no booking, but getting one at that late hour was going to be a problem and much more expensive. In the end we managed via online booking, but it was a close shave.

La habitación para 4 personas estuvo muy cómoda y limpia, además tenía vista a un jardín muy agradable. Considero que no vale la pena pagar por el desayuno ya que es muy escaso en opciones y a nosotros nos toco que las máquinas de café no servían.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero limpias y el hotel está bien ubicado y cerca de una estación de metro y en las mañanas te ofrecen desayuno básico tipo buffet a costo muy razonable

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es un lugar moderno. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas aunque el baño es aceptable. Todas las habitaciones son luminosas y tiene un jardín muy bonito para disfrutar en verano o primavera. La limpieza es aceptable. La relación precio servicio es alta. El desayuno es muy completo pero es caro.

We loved our stay there! With a room facing the garden, it was very quiet and pleasant. Close to Bastille and several Metro stations, so the location was amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious, but a little small. The staff were very helpful and kind though. Modern and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable and fresh to sleep in. I would definetely recommend this wonderful hotel for anyone staying 2-7 days here!

Wonderful experience. We went there as a school group for 2 weeks. LOCATION is everything, close to the Metro, Park, Cafe and mini Supermarket. Food is very good, wide variety to suit all people. Rooms are nice and modern good showering facilities and free fast WiFi, plus a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Overall a wonderful stay 100% recommend for the price great value.

Staff was polite and there wasn't a problem checking in using English. Our family of four fit comfortably in our room. It wasn't huge but they made good use of the space. To be honest, there is so much to see in Paris that we didn't really spend too much time in our room. The bathroom didn't have enough towel hangars for the four of us, but they did change the towels every day. The shower design made it hard to not get water on the bathroom floor, but again, they changed the soaked bath mat daily. Location is quite good and close to 2 different Metro lines. It's quite a long hike to the main attractions, but the Metro is very convenient and easy to use. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast, as there are bakeries and restaurants close by.

Very friendly and helpful reception desk, printed tickets I'd forgotten for me. Hotel could be a little cleaner bit isn't unpleasant. Great location for nightlife - very close to some fantastic bars, but not close enough to get the noise etc

Esta muy limpio, muy bien situado por que para mi es la mejor zona para hospedarse en paris ya que a bastilla encuentras metro a todas direcciones. En general muy bien, pero la habitacion era muy pequeña para 2 personas. Supongo que otras habitaciones estaran mejor.

Es la segundavez que me alojó en este Hotel. Y sin duda la volvería hacer. Amabilidad y excelente disposición de sus empleados. Habitaciones confortables e inmejorable ubicación.
