“Great boutique hotel with great value. We had two rooms which were well sized for 5 people. The hotel looks like it is new or recently renovated. Very clean rooms. The bar area was t open but on request they were able to sell a bottle of wine to us. Breakfast is included but was just okay. There’s complimentary coffee available all day which was nice. It’s 15-20 minute walk to downtown restaurant area. We chose to walk during day and take cabs at night. Quiet location”

“Terrible experience, The AC stopped working in middle of night and there was no help or support offered. Stayed up all night and hotel didn't care to sympathize or offer reimbursement. Also remember not to invite any guests/partner when staying at this hotel, they will charge you 40 USD for that. I made the mistake of only putting up single occupant when making reservations. I heard neighbours from other rooms loudly all the time too. IMO this is the worst place to stay in Medellin.”
