“I'm a huge Marriott fan. I go out of my way to book these hotels and I've stayed at this one before. But this experience was the most disappointing Courtyard stay. These are good hotels but not this one. The staff was top notch though so this isn't about them. It's everything else. The room is poorly layed out. Light switches for the bathroom are behind doors & difficult to find. And my room wasn't cleaned the entire 6 days I was there. I've never been to a hotel that didn't service a room for 6 days straight. Even in the post pandemic, save the water times. That's excessive. I'm going to avoid this place next time I'm in NOLA.”

“I was in town for a convention this week and stayed at this Courtyard. All the people were really nice and the room was clean. I saw a few reviews mentioning the AC not going low but I didn't have any problems. I was able to turn it down and actually ended up turning it back up a few degrees because it got really cold in the room. My room looked over the pool and it looked beautiful from the window but I didn't have time to walk out there so I can't say about the actual weather quality. The one morning I had a delicious breakfast but the second day the registers were having technical issues so they couldn't serve any food, not even if your paid cash which seemed a little odd. Just a note, you have to walk into the parking garage to reach the entrance. That is the main/only entrance.”
