Vamos falar de comida agora: Os aperitivos tailandeses estavam deliciosos e eu recomendo o Kao Soi (especialidade do norte). O arroz pegajoso de manga é delicioso e tão grande que deve ser compartilhado. We went there for a lunch only so I will not be able to comment on the room or other services the hotel has to offer. The view is breathtaking, surrounded by jungle you'll be able to admire (if you're lucky enough) at elephants casually hanging out in front of the hotel. Let's talk food now: The Thai appetizers were delicious and I highly recommend the Kao Soi (northern specialty). The mango sticky rice is delicious and so big it should be shared. Useful tip if you go there to rent the sidecar for a ride in the jungle: you cannot drive it yourself and need to book a driver.

Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso aqui, eu só gostaria que tivéssemos ficado mais tempo ... a equipe, todos, desde a saudação no portão da frente até os madouks, foram muito agradáveis e educados, cumprimentando e sorrindo a qualquer momento. Todos prestaram um serviço esplêndido e genuíno de A a Z! Também fizemos a caminhada matinal com os elefantes e os madouks, e devo dizer que foi um dos encontros com animais mais espetaculares e raros que tive na minha vida. Além disso, os elefantes mantidos aqui não são comprados ou capturados na natureza, mas resgatados da crueldade animal ou nutridos após ferimentos. É muito claro que esses elefantes estão felizes e bem em sua vida aqui. Todos em todos os uma experiência maravilhosa e posso honestamente recomendar este lugar!

Had a lovely time here, I only wish we stayed longer… the staff, everyone from the greeting at the front gate to the madouks were so very nice and polite, greeting and smiling at any time. Everyone provided splendid and genuine service from A to Z! We also did the morning walk with the elephants and the madouks, and I must say that was one of the most spectaculare and rare animal encounters I’ve had in my life. Also the elephants kept here are not bought or captured from the wild, but rescued from animal cruelty or nurtured after injuries. It very clear that these elephants are happy and well in their life here. All in all a marvelous experience and I can honestly recommend this place!

Local muito agradável e o atendimento foi ótimo. Também é bom passear pelo hotel e ver os elefantes cuidando da própria vida. No entanto, é chocante ver o que o COVID fez com a região, ao redor do parque do triângulo dourado tudo ainda está muito deserto com muitas coisas fechadas. Triste de ver.

Passamos férias maravilhosas no Triângulo Dourado Anantara. A localização é linda. Nós amamos nosso quarto confortável com vista para a reserva de elefantes, Birmânia e as altas colinas do Laos. A equipe é muito profissional e atenciosa. Tivemos ótimas atividades organizadas pelo hotel. Se você gosta de animais e elefantes em particular, eu recomendo o guardião Elefante. O restaurante serve cozinha local muito saborosa e pratos italianos.

Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas en el Triángulo Dorado de Anantara. La ubicación es hermosa. Nos encantó nuestra habitación muy cómoda con vistas a la reserva de elefantes, Birmania y las altas colinas de Laos. El personal es muy profesional y atento. Tuvimos grandes actividades organizadas por el hotel. Si te gustan los animales y los elefantes en particular, te recomiendo el Elefante guardián. El restaurante sirve cocina local muy sabrosa y platos italianos.

Very nice location and the service was great. It is also nice to walk around the hotel and see the elephants minding their own business. It is however shocking to see what COVID did to the region, around the golden triangle park everything is still very deserted with a lot of things closed down. Sad to see.

We spent wonderful holiday at the Anantara Golden Triangle. The location is beautiful. We loved our ver comfortable room with the view on the Elephant reserve, Burma and the high hills of Laos. The staff is very professional and attentive. We had great activities organized by the hotel. If you like animals and elephant in particular, I recommend the Elephant guardian. The restaurant serves very tasty local cuisine and Italian dishes.

If you are coming to Thailand, and you really should be, then make some room in your itinerary to visit this oasis of tranquility. Serge and his team are very welcoming and the service is excellent. The views are spectacular, we loved our room and walking along the river with elephants is an unforgettable experience.

The sumptuous setting of the entire resort and the excellent, personalised service were among the top highlights of our stay - and of course the elephants, who were an absolute pleasure to get to meet and were equally friendly and awe-inspiring. The entire team from the front desk to F&B were equal parts helpful, welcoming and discreet, and communication prior to our arrival was concise and effective.

An amazing hotel set right on the Golden Triangle. The staff were exceptional and their professional manner and friendliness really made staying at the resort a great experience. They went above and beyond for us, including surprising my wife with a birthday cake and sending us a chocolate sampling platter! These thoughtful touches really made it stand apart from other places we have stayed. The hotel offers delicious meals in their restaurant, which has absolutely amazing views of the valley below. You can watch elephants walk in the marsh as you eat breakfast or lunch. The hotel has a strong relationship with the elephant camp which provides humane elephant encounters. Walking with the elephants is an experience you shouldn’t miss!

One of the best resorts I’ve been to, offering nature escape and tranquility, with the best service and staff you could find. The resort supports multiple sustainability projects, one of which is the elephant camp they have on their premises. The atmosphere and setup of the resort is amazing, with natural surroundings and magnificent views. Highly recommended! Pro tip: Get the all-inclusive package. It may be pricier, but it pays-off in the long run, for a carefree vacation of your dreams.

We stayed here over the long weekend in Thailand and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences we've had. From the very moment we landed in Chiang Rai, to dropping us off at the airport, the service has been impeccable. An extremely big thank you to an incredible service team, especially to M, Pae, Giant, Jin, Mint, Tan, and Tiger for taking such wonderful care of us during the stay - they were extremely attentive and friendly. And of course to Katerina and Marc who also ensured we were well taken care of.The activities were well put together - we did the Sunset Trek which was an incredible experience - highly recommended. The Dining by Design at the Mahout Village, which was great because we could say 'good night' to the elephants. One of the favourite experience was the Jungle Bubble - sleeping under the stars with the elephants was just magical.Overall the hotel was very comfortable - the rooms were spacious with an incredible view over the hills of Chiang Rai. The food was not bad - this is an area that can be improved considering it's a 5-star resort, but the incredible service makes up for it. We loved our trip and will most definitely be back!
