Amei a estadia no hotel Alexander, o serviço é atendimento foi muito bom e acredito que com a reforma finalizada o hotel ficará ainda melhor. Só poderiam oferecer café da manhã e a banheira ter a tampa do ralo para que pudéssemos usufruir totalmente das acomodações.

No early check in allowed - period. This unit was sold from the Airbnb owner back to the hotel a week before my trip. The hotel definitely has had many upgrades recently. However, the sliding door in our unit was broken and would not shut completely, letting in heat and bugs. One morning we returned from breakfast to find that water was shut off for the entire hotel and wouldn’t be back on for at least 4+ hours. We were given no notice of this and a few members of our party were not able to shower before their flight home. One room had a leak coming from the vents. The front desk staff aren’t great, they seem always annoyed. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay! If you plan on spending 90% of your time at the beach or out and about I’d say it’s worth it.

stay in a long time. The bed was disgusting, from the sheets to the pillows to The actual bed. There was black dirt around the wall by the bed frame. All the linen was dirty Including the towels. When asked for new every thing, there was always a reason why we couldn’t get new linen. Then, the unit didn’t have heat, at night it gets really cold in the room and we asked for them to fix that and they said it supposed to go Up to 80 but the room stayed at 65-69 at best and we asked for blankets and no one brought them to us and we asked for 2 days straight. The final night we figured we do The job for them and ask for more towels and blankets and when asked the only towels they had were beach towels. No face towels to wash up. They gave us blankets but they were so old And woren out and dirty we still Couldn’t use them. Moving along to the living area the couches were so old like from the 70s that it was literal faded dirt patches. The couch was so dirty and old that we didn’t even sit in it. The couch when we first sat on it to discover all the dirt was so old you sunk into the couch and it was pillows under the couch cushions so that you will not sink but clearly that didn’t work. The blinds in the living area were broken and tangled so bad that the blinds couldn’t come down or close and people could See right into the room so we didn’t feel comfortable being in there at all. The tv in the living area did not work at all. There’s a vcr in there as well. YES VCR! Staff was rude. My room wasn’t even ready at check in. The bathroom shower door was broken. The spa was never opened and they said it was but when I went everyday I was there, there was no one there. This is one of the main reasons I booked this place. This place is not worth the price that they are charging. I would give 0 stars if I could.

A group of 6 friends stayed here for a bachelor party. Pros: Nicely renovated lobby and pool, and direct access to the beach. That’s about it. Now for the cons (here we go): This hotel is dated and dirty as hell. Half of the amenities in the room were broken. There wasn’t even a shade for the giant window that faces east, where the sun comes up, causing us to wake up around 7a with the sun blaring in our faces. Some outlets didn’t work, the sink consistently clogged and backed up, draining maybe an hour later, which caused the whole kitchen to smell. The dishwasher handle was broken and the dishes and glassware were dirty as hell. The bathroom tubs also had trouble draining and the hot water heater basically lasted for one, maybe 2 showers at most before nosediving into warm/chilly temperatures. The “guest service” was also atrocious. Every instance with an employee, with the exception of one, was terrible. They were rude and inattentive. Couldn’t be more displeased to actually help you. You would wait in line for coffee (which was terrible and overpriced), or the front desk, or the gift shop, and they’d basically stare at you or their phone until you told them what you wanted. At one point we asked for more towels on the first day at the front desk, and they essentially told us they couldn’t do that. Towels. The lobby and hallways were also absolutely freezing (see pics). The location is also relatively far away from the main part of Miami Beach, so be prepared for traffic or long walks to anything essential. Don’t stay here. The End

I stayed here for 4 nights 5 days, and oh my lord I wish I didn’t. After day 3 I went to the front desk and asked to get my towels replaced. They told me room service was done for the night but they would gladly request for them to stop by in the morning. I was like great awesome. Except they never came. On check out day, they charged me a $30 a night fee that they never disclosed with me when I checked in. Their pathetic excuse was someone should’ve told me at check in, but somehow that’s my fault and should come out of my pocket. I bought food from the lobby, brought it to the pool and was told by an employee I can’t do that. They told me I had to buy food from the pool area. This place seems awesome but they rob all of their guests. Don’t recommend staying here if it’s the last place in Miami.

The condo was horrible. Pillows had stains on them, bathroom tiles were falling off, no vanity in the one bathroom to put any necessities on. Bathroom door was rotten and falling apart. Kitchen was missing knobs on stove top Shades on the windows did not go up and down. Way over priced for the horrible amenities. The only good thing was the view of the ocean from the balcony. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. First time in Miami and had such a bad experience

Rooms are dirty, dated, and unsafe. Condo was not ready at 4pm check-in. Had to wait over an hour. Then Arrived to filthy room and then relocated to different condo with exposed outlets and broken toilets. Forced to move again next day. Poorly maintained property. Pool is very cloudy and not clean. Beach has undertow and jellyfish. Horrible customer service at front desk. Do not rent from Enrique through AirBnb. The only redeeming quality is proximity to beach.

O hotel era muito agradável e acolhedor do lado de fora eo lobby. Ele parou por aí. Para o preço que paga, esperávamos uma experiência mais agradável. Havia 6 de nós. Idades 11-81. Nós ficamos aqui duas noites antes de entrar em um cruzeiro. O quarto foi um desastre. Nós não tinha toalhas, pratos, talheres na cozinha. Liguei para a recepção para pedir toalhas e tivemos que descer e recuperá-los nós mesmos. Eles não têm o suficiente para 6 pessoas. Nós nunca recebeu quaisquer itens de cozinha. Os tetos em nosso quarto foram manchadas de lotes de vazamento. Fogão foi arranhado e enferrujado. Vou anexar fotos. Com o preço que pagamos, foi terrível. Não recomendar, nem estadia novamente. A praia era bonita. À noite houve vários fumantes de maconha e nenhum monitoramento um. Não é perto de quaisquer restaurantes também. Teve de ter um lugar Uber. O bar da praia e restaurante foi extremamente caro.

The hotel was very nice and welcoming on the outside and the lobby. It stopped there. For the price we paid, we expected a nicer experience. There were 6 of us. Ages 11-81. We stayed here two nights before getting on a cruise. Our room was a disaster. We had no towels, dishes, silverware in the kitchen. I called the front desk to ask for towels and we had to go down and retrieve them ourselves. They didn’t have enough for 6 people. We never received any kitchen items. The ceilings in our room were stained from lots of leaking. Stove was scratched and rusted. I will attach pictures. With the price we paid, it was terrible. Will not recommend nor stay here again. The beach was pretty. At night there were several pot smokers and no one monitoring. It’s not close to any restaurants either. Had to take an Uber anywhere. The beach bar and restaurant was extremely expensive.

Péssima experiência. Reserva feita há meses.dirigindo de Boston, mais de 14hs. Chegando aqui, descobrimos quea reserva foi cancelada, sem aviso prévio por parte do hotel. Não indico!!!!

Quiero destacar el departamento rentado a VACASA. Espacioso, luminoso, con una vista a la bahia HERMOSA. Lastima q se encuentra en un hotel medio pelo. El de seguridad te cobra por cambiar quarters para el laundry, el aire acondicionado en los espacios comunes al palo, la gente re sucia, el servicio de valet con poco personal para dar un mejor servicio y en el bar de la pileta redondean ya que no dan vuelto ( WHAT???? ) La puerta del acceso a la playa trabada con una piedra porque no andaba bien.

My friends and I had the best stay here at The Alexander! The service was great from the moment we walked in. The lobby was nice, check in was a breeze, and the staff was so nice and helpful with suggestions! Our room was perfect, so spacious and the views were unreal 🤩 The pool was awesome with a fun bar playing great music and yummy drinks! Few steps from the beach and right on the board walk that leads you to south beach. The location is awesome, you aren’t in the heart of all the buzz so it stays nice and quiet but you aren’t too far either. They have city bikes you can rent and take a short ride along the board walk to great restaurants and nightlife. Can’t wait to come back!

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia nos otorgaron un departamento en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento y limpieza y nadie trató de reparar la situación. Canillas que pierden y hace que el baño quede todo mojado todo el tiempo, muebles viejos y descascarados, las puertas todas emparchadas, las manijas de la ducha encintadas con papel aluminio de cocina para disimular que se están descascarando todo sucio nos entregaron el departamento tuvo que venir una chica y hasta tuvo que rasquetear el piso de la suciedad que tenía, los colchones en malas condiciones, no hay servicio de limpieza dentro de la habitación y tampoco dan elementos de limpieza, UN DESASTRE NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO ESTE LUGAR!!!!

Fue la peor experiencia del viaje. No volveria a ese lugar nunca mas en mi vida. Los departamentos son un desastre, no funciona nada, los muebles rotos, las alfombras sucias,hay solo dos ascensores para cientos de huespedes, el edificio esta muy mal mantenido. Mucha fiesta en el edificio. El fin de semana es un descontrol.

Ese hotel fue lo peor de Miami Beach. La Cama teníapolvo y bañera con cabellos. ruidosEn los pasillos todo el tiempo. Se escuchaba a unas trabajadores de la limpieza y un señormayor discutiendo,no dejaban descansarQue experiencia tan desagradable.
