“Best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was very clean, updated, and unique. The hotel staff was excellent and super helpful for recommendations. We did have a problem with our thermostat the first night of our stay, but they sent someone up within 5 minutes to fix the problem. The day we were leaving for the airport an employee named James offered to catch us a cab to make sure we were not ripped off. Will be staying here again!”

“Location is really all I can say. Oh, the lobby is nice too, I suppose. Not nearly enough space for this. Mini bar in room broken, door falling off onto floor. Towels are rags, seams pulling off in strips; threadbare furniture; A/C not working. Called guest svcs and answer was to send a fridge to my room for $50/nt chg. #fail”
