“Sadly the good reviews are a thing of the past. Terrible service, terrible food. This resort is lipstick on a pig. It’s pretty but very poorly run. We tried so hard to enjoy but it was issue after issue. Food issues, service issues, room issues. Disorganization and miscommunication. We feel completely swindled. Do not waste your time or money here. We were happy to pay for a relaxing 5-star vacation. Instead we received frustration and a 1-star experience. The most frustrating part was the lack of management. They have good reviews but apparently in the last few months they have gone down hill. Read the recent reviews before you go forward with your booking. Trust me.”
