“I stayed for 5 days in this hotel for quarantine requirement due to I just came from abroad. My experience was great, hotel staff were friendly, and food were amazingly yummy... however on my last minute I was very disappointed with the driver who took me to airport(faudi), I spoke more than 3 times to receptionist about the fee, and she informed that the fee is already included to my hotel payment and I should not pay anything, but after I arrived in airport the taxi driver (faudi) ask me to pay him as he claims that hotel informed him to get payment from me. Actually it’s not about money, but what I disappointed the most is the honesty and miss communication among us. Yes! 5 days staying with great experience but ruins with one last minutes.”

“Este hotel tem uma equipe muito simpática e prestativa, embora tenha havido uma longa espera ao pedir toalhas extras (havia apenas 1 no quarto). O café da manhã é servido à la carte, pois os moradores do hotel não são tão lotados, pois não é feriado. A comida está deliciosa !Nossa família descansou 1 noite neste hotel, depois de um passeio na cidade velha que foi extraordinário, acrescentando visão e conhecimento sobre a história de Jacarta no passado. A cidade velha fica a menos de 10 minutos a pé do hotel.Obrigado equipe do Hotel Mercure Batavia.”
