“Reclamação farei no Google também. 90% dos Funcionários péssimos, mal treinados e mal educados. (c/ excessão de 10%: Monica recepção, do bar de jogos e as 3 monitoras mulheres) Infraestrutura antiga. Colchões Péssimos (Mto Mole e cheirando mofo) Serviço de quarto Péssimo, fiquei 24h sem agua no quarto. SUMIU A TOALHA DA MINHA FILHA DE 7 ANOS e só depois de muita reclamação, após 1 dia apareceu a toalha alegando estar na praia kkk Dos 100% dos restaurantes, quem fecha o Oasis Palm tem direito apenas a 60% deles e isso não informam (GRAND Oasis Palm tem direito a 100% e fica na msm infraestrutura separados por Alas com isso o tratamento é visivelmente diferente a favor de quem é do GRAND) All Inclusive de péssima qualidade. Comer fora muito melhor, se gasta igual ou menos e se come melhor, tanto q fui comer fora metade dos dias da minha hospedagem. Praia com agua escura e excesso de algas. Gosto de conhecer vários hotéis e ja estive em Cancun em Janeiro/21 por 16 dias no Panama Jack (OTIMO). Dessa vez fechei 17 dias de All Inclusive no Oasis Palm pra minha família e odiei. Meu pai ficou conosco no Oasis Palm durante 8 dias e decidiu se hospedar em outro pra conhecer. Um dia meu Pai resolveu fazer uma surpresa pra nós e decidiu comprar um Passeio (Isla Mujeres)p todos no quiosque de vendas que ficava dentro do Hotel (ja q conhecia o vendedor Jonny /Adriano) e la fomos nos encontrar. Pra minha SURPRESA após alguns minutos seguranças e funcionários chegaram mal tratando e falando em alto tom eEXPULSARAM meu pai mesmo NÃO USANDO NENHUM SERVIÇO DO HOTEL alegando que o mesmo após checkout não poderia mais nos visitar ou entrar no hotel, nem mesmo na recepção por mais de 10min, tendo que ficar do lado externo (estacionamento) caso quisesse nos esperar. ABSURDO E LAMENTÁVEL essa situação. Moramos nos USA e todos os hotéis onde frequentamos ou visitamos amigos, podemos entrar e caso queira usufruir de algum serviço basta pagar avulso. Por tudo isso não indico a ninguém, muito menos aos amigos Brasileiros e nem aos amigos que vivem nos USA.”

Meu marido e eu fomos passar as férias em Cancún, e escolhemos o Oasis Palm pois nas fotos não fica claro que o hotel é dividido em Grand Oasis Palm e Oasis Palm, quando chegamos tivemos que pagar taxas adicionais de turismo que não nos foi informada antes na reserva, não tem wi-fi grátis, os funcionários extremamente mal educados e de má vontade de atender brasileiros, os quartos cheirando a mofo e e esgoto sem contar que passei por um constrangimento por falta de informação, na entrada dão um panfleto com o mapa do hotel pois é tudo junto no mesmo resort o Grand Palm e o Oasis Palm, neste consta os restaurantes, spas, piscinas, bares do resort me foi explicado que tudo que tinha o símbolo com a letra G eram restritas somente ao Grand Palm, fui ao Glass Bar e na piscina no sens snack, pool e lounge, e tive que me retirar a pedido da funcionária pois segundo ela somente os hóspedes do Grand Palm poderiam usar esses locais, então fui ver no mapa e realmente não estava marcado com a letra "G" indicando que era restrito aos hóspedes do Grand Palm, foi bem constrangedor ter que sair na frente dos demais hóspedes. Resumindo não recomendo e também não volto, a única estrela que dei é em consideração a Carmen Sejas e ao Francisco garçom do restaurante, que foram muito cordiais, conosco foram os melhores funcionários do hotel.

We wanted have a great time in Mexico,and we did despite the hotel.The hotel was very dated and dark. We had to wait in line for 3 hours for the "included" free covid test. The whole management of the hotel is disorganized and confusing.To get into any of the "decent" restaurants you had to wait in line for 30-60 minutes to get a reservation at 4:00 in the afternoon.The room service was very inconsistent.Our room was only serviced 2 times in a week, and each of those times it was only partially done. All of the buffets were TERRIBLE, some of the restaurants were ok,only 1 was really good (see my reviews of the restaurants). The beaches were nice but very crowded,not enough room or chairs for guests.If you decide to go make sure you get a REALLY low price,and keep your expectations low.

Gente que isso ? Pensa um hotel ruim. Hotel porque isso não passa disso. Filas e filas, funcionários estressados. Piscinas fechadas, porque resolvem fazer limpeza na hora que tem sol e na hora que as crianças querem brincar . Passou 2 dias fechadas. Filas grandes para tudo . Drinks de mal qualidade . Cerveja quentes, chopp quente.

I booked this hotel last month for my partner's birthday, however I was apprehensive after reading these reviews. I shouldn't have worried, we stayed there last weekend and had such an amazing time. The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, we had a fantastic time. We'll definitely go back.

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene muchas albercas esta ideal para ir con niños pero también en pareja porque hay lugares exclusivos solo para adultos. Tienen club kids donde dejas a tus hijo y puedes estar en pareja yo no lo hice porque no acostumbro separarme de ellos. Lo que no me gusto fueron los restaurantes con bufete no hay variedad. Los restaurantes a la carta buenisimos la playa hermosa

Todo excelente! Será acaso que uno recibe a cómo tratas a los demás en la vida! Porque yo me sentí totalmente satisfecha con el trato de los empleados, la comida exquisita sobretodo los chilaquiles y tacos del Restaurante Hacienda. Los 7 días que nos hospedamos fueron 100% relax, yo si me sentí tratada como reina sin creérmelo. Soy una persona mística y me encantó la nueva vibra de la habitación, limpia, agradable.

Buenas instalaciones. Mucho entretenimiento para los niños. Poca variedad en comidas. No hay ningún bar abierto las 24 hs. La playa, si bien es chica, podría mejorar si la limpiaran regularmente. Con el aire acondicionado encendido se siente olor a humedad en las habitaciones. Buena relación precio-calidad, ya que se trata de un hotel relativamente económico en su categoría.

I read a lot of reviews before staying here. There was more good than bad so we decided to try it. BIG MISTAKE!! The only thing nice I can say about this place is service employees are super nice. The room was ok but they were always spraying for bugs. Pools were super cold. Beach was a mess. Our room phone never worked even after asking 3 times for it to be fixed. The food was awful! I’m a picky eater so I didn’t expect much but my husband and kids eat anything and everything and they thought it was all gross. Hopefully this review helps someone not choose this place.

This resort was a nightmare! DO NOT GO! To begin, we waited at least 1.5 hours to check in. No offer for drinks or water. Only one person could check in at a time and they made everyone else wait outside. No bar options because they require wristbands for drinks that you get at check in.
My room was subpar. The pillow I pulled out of the closet was partially eaten by a rodent. When I tried to call the front desk on more than one occasion for a new pillow, towels, and water, which were also missing throughout the stay, no one would answer.
Food was terrible. Half of our group got food poisoning. The only option was a buffet because they require reservations at all other restaurants. In order to get a reservation for a restaurant on my birthday, I waited in a line for over an hour just to be told they are not taking any more reservations.
The beach was beautiful but all beach chairs were taken and held by 5 am. Despite no one sitting on chairs all day, the hotel never removed towels. The only way we got a chair was to pay $20+ per day for a cabana in the adults only section.
Cocktails were watered down and no option for premium liquor. They constantly ran out of beer, cups and liquor at the bars.
There are no activities planned day or night and no activities director. We spent a week there and the only option was a pool or the beach.
We were there over New Years Eve and had to pay $60 per person for entertainment, food and music. Otherwise you were made to eat at the buffet.
I know this review is long but I hope I made my point that we will NEVER go back to this resort. It was awful!

Os drinks e bebidas no geral são ruins, sala de jogos muito pequena, restaurantes pequenos, fila para tudo. Quando chove, não tem o que fazer, nenhuma atração, sem piscina aquecida, sem um salão de jogos, bares cobertos. Não tem nada Falta luvas para pegar comidas, falta álcool gel nas mesas, afinal estamos vivendo com uma pandemia

Desepcionada, para empezar la vista de mi habitación un techo sin nada de vista: Personal leento y con falta de interés ! En donde dan las toallas hace comentarios imprudentes ( como por qué no tienes número de habitación- por qué todavía no son las 3 - y entonces por qué pides toallas que alguien le expliqué el sistema) Filas largas y lentas! Comida nocturna quemada y vieja Iluminación dentro de mi habitación una lámpara no prende y la otra tiene falso contacto ! Mi alcoba sin vista tampoco tiene luz:) Bano tina con moho que no se supone que limpian y desinfectan? Limpieza de habitación tiraron basura de los botes y recibieron toallas y tendieron cama pero detrás de las cortinas había basura el refri solo con cerveza y las sodas??? Manchas de jabón en el banco y muebles manchados.. Muchas precauciones para covid pero : Falta de control sanitario en alimentos Al rellenar dejan lo viejo atrás y lo nuevo enfrente manejan la comida sin guantes ! Platos de comida ya basura en los pasillos del hotelCreo que solo Cantineros son los que brindan buen servicio Eso sí barco pirata super divertido y atentos todo el staff

El peor hotel al que he ido. La almohada tenía un fluido. El baño tapado. El personal mal educado y groseros. Las instalaciones feas y en mal estado. Ni una botella de agua te quieren dar y es "todo incluido".

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y la atención del personal en general es amable y cordial. Destaco el cuidado y responsabilidad que tienen las chicas del Kids Club, ya que se preocupan mucho de los niños y todos los días tienen actividades distintas para entretenerlos. En relación a las comodidades, el servicio de Internet es costoso (45 USD por 2 dispositivos por 5 días) y no garantiza la estabilidad del servicio en todas las ubicaciones del hotel, al punto en que en distintas zonas de la misma habitación se perdía la señal por completo. Los restaurantes no cuentan con un programa de dieta blanda u otro orientado a necesidades especiales de sus huéspedes, pese a que la intención de su personal y su disposición, buscan resolver este tipo de falencia. En relación al entretenimiento cuentan con un equipo muy dedicado a esta labor que idea distintas actividades todos los días, en horarios diurnos y nocturnos.

La experiencia es muy buena, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, los diferentes restaurantes, todos de muy buena sazón, los bares muy bien, además ofrecen entretenimiento de todo tipo, desde música en vivo, comediantes, etc. El servicio de kayak está muy padre y el área de niños muy divertida para ellos, además lo más valioso es la atención al cliente del personal, es excelente en todo momento, el único punto malo es que no te dan Internet, tienes que pagar por él 🤔 aún así el hotel es excelente para ir con la familia o amigos y lo super recomiendo!

Overall the experience was bad. Check in was awful, as they messed up our rooms and a lady at the front desk was a bit rude when we asked for it to be fixed. Then the wifi was really poor as well. The food isn't great and genuinely wasn't filling and we couldn't bring it out of the restaurants. Also at the buffets they skipped and ignored some in our party a few times. There's no entertainment at night, and very limited selection of alcoholic beverages. The beach also isn't kept and smelly due to all the seaweed on the shore. The one great experience we had was the Captain Hook dinner, as the food was delicious and the only real meal we had. And the actors/waiters working on the boat were phenomenal, with performance and attention to their patrons.

Great service, great view. Good entertainment.Nice beach area. The adult section is Nice. Private bar and pool area. I do recommend the spa services. They did a great job.Good selection of food. Steak house was great.Any down side I would say was the food. None of my food was ever hot. It was warm but not hot. If that's a down side. Just my liking I'll say. The food tasted good. I will say and seasoned great. But other than that I would recommend the Palm Oasis time and time again. Shout to front desk Mariano great customer service!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I say DO NOT STAY HERE I mean it. This has been the worst resort experience I have ever had. First off, we asked about upgrading to the adults only package with a better room. We were told it would be $130 total a person. Handed the guy our cards and then he came back and said actually it’s $250. We still agreed. Came back with our cards again and he said actually it’s gonna be $450. After sitting there for an hour we got up and checked out our room. It was atrocious. Dust everywhere, paint chipping, 2 double beds pushed together, no patio, etc. We demanded a room change and received one, although they did nothing else to accommodate. We made reservations for dinner through the concierge because of the trouble we had at the beginning. We show up for dinner and they didn’t have our names on the list. We then had to go back to concierge and sit there for another hour until they could confirm our reservation, and then same exact thing happened the next day. If you are going as a couple, just a warning there are kids everywhere and the pools are definitely not clean. There’s seaweed in the water and on the beach, and overall dirtiness through the hotel. We were told we would receive complimentary Covid tests, and then we got charged $35 for them. We have probably spent around 4 hours at concierge while they tell us to “wait and be patient” every-time something goes wrong. It has been such a waste of our trip. The food is also not that great, of course depending on where you go. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE. I already have, and will be continuing my contact with Cheap Caribbean over our stay because it was absolutely atrocious. I travel a lot and have never had a worse experience. This seems like more of a motel than a resort honestly.

Overall great place to stay. They have plenty of activities and live music to keep you entertained and it's great for families. Staff is super friendly and they were able to accommodate a vegan. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the whole dinner reservation thing is kinda crazy. If you don't want to eat at a buffet you need to go stand in line at the spot you want to eat at 3pm and stand in line for almost an hour. It's like the hunger games trying to get a dinner reservation. It's very strange they don't allow you to book online in advance or give each party a time limit at the table to allow for more guests to enjoy an a la carte dinner. For the three nights we were there we were only able to get one reservation. Also they upgraded our room to a suite with an outdoor jacuzzi for free which was nice, except the jacuzzi didn't work, so we let them know. Some maintenance guys came and simply emptied it but no one acknowledged it was still not in use. Other than those two items it was a great stay and we really enjoyed ourselves.

O elevador do hotel está em péssimas condições.. precisando urgente de manutenção.. estava no 3º andar e não tinha condições de ficarmos nesse quarto.. cheiro de mofo horrível.. pedi para mudar de andar ..fui para o oitavo .. quarto melhor… mas o corredor cheirava esgoto muito forte! A comida é muito ruim.. no restaurante principal.. os drinks sem condições.. de péssima qualidade… não repõem água no frigobar é só te liberam 3 garrafinhas na recepção.. estávamos em 4 no hotel..dizem ser regra do hotel… all inclusive… Wi-Fi pago.. restaurantes típicos pago.. falta de opção para menu Kids… aliás não existe menu Kids… eu não voltaria a esse hotel…infelizmente foi só decepção… funcionários não te respondem com gentileza… NÃO RECOMENDO

La comida es muy buena en general, pero el servicio del personal es extremadamente malo en un 90%, siempre mala cara, no quieren atenderte ni apoyarte, en los restaurantes haces filas de muchísimo tiempo, en los de reservar mínimo pierdes 1 hora para poder alcanzar lugar, no te quieren atender, pero tampoco están las cosas a la mano, así que tienes que pedirles apoyo y en su mayoría siempre con mala actitud y mala cara, no te resuelven y todos se pasan la responsabilidad, además te prometen una cosa y terminan con otra, yo fui en ma última semana del año y esa fue mi experiencia, no se si en otras semanas el servicio mejora, pero mi experiencia fue muy mala y la de los clientes que yo estuve observando fue igual. Algo extra las albercas no son calientes, tienen buen tamaño, pero son muy frías, algo bueno que tiene es zonas para niños.

Me gustaría escribir esta crítica con respecto a mi reciente estancia en la propiedad. En primer lugar, me gustaría reconocer el excelente servicio de La Cantina, especialmente los camareros Adela y Leonardo. Hicieron todo lo posible para proporcionar un servicio excelente. Recuerdo una noche específicamente, que fue mi segunda noche en la que ambos camareros siempre se aseguraron de que los clientes fueran tratados con la mayor dignidad y servicio rápido. Esta noche específica estuvo extremadamente ocupada y estas personas tengo que decir que la propiedad debería reconocer su arduo trabajo.Gracias de nuevo Adela y Leonardo

Era la primera ves que me hospedaba en este hotel y me fui con muy mal sabor de boca, definitivamente no lo recomiendo, el día de mi llegada nos entregaron el cuarto hasta las 4:30 de la tarde “porque no habían habitaciones disponibles en el momento “ cuando la reservación se realizó con mucho tiempo de anticipación y obviamente se paga por adelantado, al entregarme la habitación me informan que me la darán pero que por el momento no contaban con los blancos (toallas, sábanas, etc) por otro lado el servicio y la atención desde que llegas es pésima y no se diga en los restaurantes con los meseros, te ponen cara y de mala gana te atienden, cabe destacar que no tiene variedad en los alimentos y su sabor no es muy rico ( por cierto me hizo daño la comida me dio infección estomacal) las sábanas de las camas no te las cambian diario y lo comento porque se ensució y tenía manchas cosa que de verdad me parece muy desagradable, la limpieza debe ser lo más importante. Les has mucha falta mejorar en general lástima de hotel porque pudiera ser el mejor de Cancún,pero definitivamente no lo es 😅 de igual manera el transporte qué pasó por nosotros al hotel nos comentó que no es la primera queja que escuchan de los huéspedes ya sin varias por la misma situación.

El peor lugar que hay en la tierra. 2 horas para lograr el check in y después 1 hora más para que te den tu habitación. Todo el servicio es malo y la atención del personal es pésima. No lo recomendaría. No gasten su tiempo ni dinero acá.

El hotel es muy bueno, pero tienen cosas por mejorar como la atención en recepción en asignación de habitaciones requieren más personal. Adicional el Internet por Wifi lo cobran por hora. Y los tours que ofrece el hotel son muy costosos, lo que obliga a los turistas a buscarlos con personas externas exponiéndonos a peligros o como usuarios y turistas en un país que no conocemos.

Horrible service I mean horrible !! They do not fill your waters in your room you I need to find water yourself they tell you call front desk but they never answer! The servers who serve your food are rude to say the least. The food is bad and same every night. This is a 2 star at best. The room has been leaking the entire stay and no one has done anything. Oh and no wifi 10$ a day if you want it. Pool is freezing and I’m Canadian !!! Lined up for the seafood restaurant 30 mins and I was one of last families to enter and the man said sorry closed. They don’t care that you spending a ton of money to travel rn it’s brutal !!!

This hotel is great for family with kids. I don't have any that's why i only give it 3 stars. As far as the staff most is great, however, the ones serving the food were unpleasant. Not the wait staff,only the servers behind the food.

I have never in my life written a review but feel it is very necessary. This place is insanely horrible. Stay far away. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to many resorts in Cancun so feel my input is very valid. The food has been served cold at every restaurant. You also have to wait in line at least 30 minutes to eat lunch and then have to go stand in another line just to reserve dinner and if you’re lucky you’ll get a reservation. Otherwise you’re stuck with buffet or pizza and hot dogs. The bed sheets were dirty with stains all over, the only towels were bath towels, no hand towels at all. There are no balconies if that is to your liking. In my opinion it’s crazy to not have the option to sit on a balcony and take in the ocean breeze. If you try to call to get anything you get hung up on. Christopher however was very helpful in trying to make our stay better so thank you to him for that. The beach is packed and not much room to feel separated from screaming children. And honestly it feels more like a lake then a beach in Mexico. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable my whole stay, glad this wasn’t my first time in Mexico or I would’ve been completely turned off from ever returning. I hope this review helps to make this place a better stay for future guests.

Muy buen lugar y servicio, si van a comer en el hotel les recomiendo ir al buffet de bites mi buen restaurante, las habitaciones se mantienen limpias y el personal es muy amable, aunque el agua de la alberca siempre permanece fría y de día está bien por el clima de Cancún pero de noche es algo que puede llegar a molestar, la alberca cierra a las 8:00 también es un detalle que no me agrado del todo, las habitaciones se entregan a las 3:00 así que si llegas antes vaz a estar unas cuantas horas esperando en la recepción, Recomiendo este hotel ya que si vale la pena, muy lindo.

No recomiendo este hotel si vienen en familia, por el hecho que tiene varios restaurantes pero la mayoría son para adultos y solo 3 de ellos aceptan menores. Con la contingencia más esto se hacen unas grandes filas para ir a comer. Si vienen en pareja es un buen lugar, aunque claro hay mejores opciones...

Funcionários mal educados, a única pessoal que foi educada conosco foi a camareira que era um amor de pessoa e sempre muito educada do restante mal nos respondiam! Na entrada do laboratorio tem uma placa dizendo que quem fica mais de 3 dias no hotel eles oferecem test grátis de antígeno para COVID mas chegando lá e história e outra, a cortesia e apenas para americanos! Muita expectativa pra pouca coisa, esperava muito mais do hotel, beleza unicamente externa, um absurdo criança não poder frequentar a loja do hotel. A maioria dos funcionários são mal educados e ignorantes, os banheiros entupidos, ralos de chuveiro e pia. Ratazana passeando pela janela do hotel, colchões horríveis, travesseiros fedidos, e parece que estamos de graça com tamanha falta de vontade de nos atender. O tratamento é diferenciado quando descobrem que somos brasileiros, puxam muito o saco dos americanos e acabam com os brasileiros. Único serviço excelente no hotel foi o de camareira. Nunca mais eu volto!

El peor lugar para vacacionar. Empezaremos por que las habitaciones no las dieron tarde debido a que llegaron unos disque “raperos” y se les dio a ellos las habitaciones libres. La habitación 3 días presentó humedad por el clima y jamás lo fueron a revisar siendo que se reportó. La comida todo fue de calidad pésima el café de los restaurantes tenía un sabor horrible y la leche con sabor a caducado. Los chilaquiles realizados con totopos rancios. En verdad reconsidera pagar un todo incluido por que nada vale la pena. Lo único bueno fue la amabilidad del personal y el lugar donde sirven café de ahí en fuera no doy ni 500 pesos por noche en este hotel. Jamás volvería no regalado

Excelente opcion para conocer cancun, alimentos, ambiente musical nocturno variado, actividades sobre playa para huespedes, solamente como observación, pueden incluir cojines para los camastros en las 2 secciones del hotel, para oasis palm y grand, la comodidad del cliente primero independiente en cual secciónse llegue a hospedar, el acceso a lugares esta bien marcar diferencia pero en playa deberia ser igual. El lugar está padre, a pie de playa, tiene varias opciones de restaurantes, albercas grandes, la playa súper tranquila. Tienen shows en las noches todos los días y son muy entretenidos. El servicio normal. No está tan cerca de las plazas o de coco bongo. En la mañana, en autobús está rápido, pero para el regreso de noche, seguro es en taxi, porque, caminando sí deben ser más de 45min. Y según el booking, era solo para adultos, pero ps no.

Some of the employees were nice, lots of activities for kids. The shows were nice.Food was terrible, we tried every single restaurant and finally gave up. My family and I had to eat out to avoid eating the nasty food in the hotel.The drinks were gross but the bartenders were all friendly.Hotel is miles away from all shopping centers. We spent so much on taxis and buses.Parts of the hotel smell like sewer. The rooms were dirty, out dated, broken phone, broken towel rack, the shower water couldn’t stay on a comfortable temperature it would randomly get so hot to the point it burned you skin. The iron and air dryer almost caught on fire. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all, same temperature as the pool, just with water jets.The final straw was booking transportation to Xcaret water park. The booking agent (Patricia Campos Seranos) from viejes caribe maya gave us a horrible experience. We booked transportation for 7am paying $222.00 US. The next day we all woke up at 6am and went down stairs waited until 7:30am and finally decided to question her.She first tried blaming us, stating we weren’t there on time. We all confirmed we were there at 6:40am waiting, then she explained the transportation was canceled due to rain. We explained others were being picked up for Xcaret. She then switched her story stating the vehicle broke down.We had to pay $380 for another vehicle elsewhere.

This hotel has one of the best beaches, I'm telling you!! I saw plenty of other people vacay in Cancun and their beaches weren't as nice. So I came here with my family in September, we're all either married or single in our 30's and 40's and we went there without kids. We stayed at the part that is for families. I didn't have any issues with stayin here as a single person. Unless you're looking to hookup I guess don't stay here but if you're not like that and you just want to stay here, I highly recommend. My family didn't like the food here all that much but I really didn't care because it's free. Definitely bring cash to tip the waiters! The drinks were not strong at all, that part was ehh. But also keep in mind there's kids around so why would you get trashed in front of them? They also do covid testing here but definitely get there on time! We did and everything was good for us but people got their late and Idk if they got seen

It took 4 hours to do a simple room change. Transparency is minimal in terms of which rooms offer what all inclusive benefits. We paid more to switch from a standard to a "superior" room (which would make sense) but had to give up "blue" bracelet status which means less access to restaurants and exclusive areas which makes zero sense. And our new room was so "superior". I had to use a wash cloth to prop up the shower so I didn't have to hold it in my hand 😒. Literally same room except a smaller shower and mini fridge with only water (standard room had beer, sodas and water). And despite how much the staff "tried" to help they could not seem to help me with the basics. These are the same hotels but different buildings and they couldn't just talk to each other for one of their customers. I had to run back and forth about 4 times and my request was not resolved. Real nice Oasis.

Fuí en Octubre/Noviembre de 2021 y la verdad éste hotel cumplió con mis expectativas. Buen trato del personal, la habitación muy limpia, moderna y cómoda. La comida es buena y variada. Recomiendo el restaurante Sisal de pescados. Una playa muy tranquila con varias amacas en ella. Solamente me hubiese gustado ir a un restaurante llamado Maki Tako que estubo cerrado durante mi estadía y coincido que el agua de la ducha por ejemplo tenía un olor un poco fuerte, quizás en toda la zona es así.

I was really disappointed with this resort. Service was bad. People aren’t friendly at all. They treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. La Mesa Grill service was really bad. The server brought us food with no silverware and was upset when we asked for it. Cocoa’s hostess was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I am injured so we asked for a table in the back or outside where I could tuck away my leg on another chair, she told us I shouldn’t be putting my feet on tables and I explained that obviously my foot wouldn’t be on the table but she discriminated against me and we didn’t get serviced. All the other restaurants accommodated my injury just fine but she was extremely rude about it. The food was ok. The hamburger stand was awful, the bread was soggy. Las Palmas at night was the same few items and not much taste. It was such a disappointment. It is a nice place for children though. There is definitely a lot for them to do throughout the day.

Spending one night. Paid up for Sian known. Pushed through main dest not personal concierge as advertised. Handed a map told to use the app and told enjoy. App doesn't work. Have no idea what food is available without going to the restaurants and scanning the qr for each menu.food so far has sucked. 2 hours later got room keys and sent to the wrong floor. Once we found the right floor, keys didn't work. Beach is dirty and small and the SENS adult pool area should be a kids club, tiny worn out pools.

Me quedé en el palm todo incluido y por lo siguiente optaría por otro hotel en lugar de este: La comida no es sabrosa y tiene pocas opciones, los restaurantes no abren todos los días, lo que es normal y se comprende, pero pues hay que considerar que dependiendo de cuando te hospedes puede que ni tengas oportunidad de entrar, tardaron 2 días en cambiarnos las sábanas de la cama y lo sabemos porque estaban manchadas, sus snacks para cuando ya no hay restaurantes abiertos son emparedados fríos y duros. En general recomendaría otras opciones mejores de hotel por el mismo costo que manejan, o recomendaría que no compren el todo incluido.Puntos positivos: tienen una vista muy bonita, el personal es atento y amable, la cafetería tiene bebidas ricas y la playa está limpia pero sin olas.

Beachfront View: is nice, but the water is not as turquoise, I was told since were right next door to a lagoon is the reason for that.
Room: furniture is dated, clean, no balcony but the view from our room overlooked the pool area and beach. We had to hang our bathing suits on the window sill to dry. Pro is the window opens pretty wide, but no screen so wouldn't advise opening at night.
Front desk staff: Christopher and Ulises provided phenomenal customer service.
Food: Seafood lovers for lunch & dinner (no reservations needed) visit Sisal. There's a burger and hotdog stand between the beach and pool area, their fries are great, the line is always long around 1pm, so grab a drink before standing in line- there's only 1 man serving the food, if there were a couple that would've been awesome. Dinner reservations should be made around 4pm same day - would've been nice to know that since day 1. We waited in line to eat at Silas for about 25 minutes :/ La Hacienda was our breakfast place. Drinks: ask for double shots, otherwise it's like juice/ watered down.
All employees wear masks and enforce it :)
Adults only section is in the middle of resort and it's a nice getaway from the kids sections. Some of the staff were great, others not so much. Laying on the hammocks is a nice way to cool off.

Experiência foi maravilhosa.. só não gostei do trato quando cheguei para fazer a reserva, não fazia no hotel, somente através de um telefone que ninguém atendia e eles não disponibilizaram internet para que pudéssemos fazer a reserva.. e a internet é cobrado, custa 200 pesos por dia por aparelho, quase 70 reais. Paguei quase 3 mil reais por diária para a hospedagem da minha família (6 pessoas), deveriam ser mais atenciosos nesse sentido!

This place is good if your going on a familyvacation with small kids. The room was clean but the food was very disappointing at the buffet. Everything at the resort was dark by 10. At home I felt like good but when your out on vacation not so much. Their was barely any night activities.The two night there was they were good bands but lasted only an hour. Was expectingmore. The food was very very disappointingand honestly the staff was not very friendly.Every time I spoke to any of them they either didn't turn around or spoke to me as if I had gotten annoying by just lookingat them. Didn't feel friendly at all. The pools closed by 8, I have been to Cancun before at differentresort and the pool is open longer. From a place of a person with no kids,this place is not good for adults with no children.

We are here now and it’s crowded. So many families and it’s been very hard to get into any of the restaurants without waiting in a long line. The pool is always filled with a lot of people and the beach has no waves which is fine but it’s filled with so much seaweed making it hard to enjoy the water. Probably why so many people are in the pool. The only way to make reservations for certain restaurants is to wait in another line when they open. We showed up 30 minutes before they opened and there was already a line of people to make reservations. They were booked up before we even made it to the front of the line and they ONLY take reservations for that day. Extremely inconvenient. This is our third day trying to get into any of those restaurants. Otherwise, the only restaurants open are buffet style food with long lines or waiting in another long line for the other sit down restaurants. The list of restaurants on the property is misleading. They’ve managed to turn ONE of the restaurants listing it as THREE different ones on the property because the bar/snack area and then they have two different menus with very small portions. So I counted only 7 ACTUAL restaurants between the two properties. This was an awful surprise especially knowing that we have to make reservations for some of them and then the lines for the others are extremely long. This morning for breakfast we waited in line for over 45 minutes just to get the the buffet area and get food. The “Adult Only” areas are also crowded and people still bring their kids there. The Snack/Bar area is only a Bar area with no snacks. Some of the restaurant staff were rude and the buffet food is not good. Not much variety in the food either. You have to ask the front desk for water bottles and they will only give you 3 at a time because the room service does not stock up the rooms properly. When we asked where on the property can we get water bottles they said only room service will bring it up. So you have to request that every day. Hotel amenities are not easily accessible and the resort staff has not been responsive in most of our requests with spa packages/excursions/Covid testing etc. The excursion to Playa Del Carmen we had to wait over an hour and a half for the tour person to take us. Would not recommend this resort. Definitely would not recommend it if you don’t like small children running around everywhere and making noise all day and all night. Good: The rooms were very outdated and basic but The hotel property is clean. The valet guys were nice. Check in was very smooth and quick.

What was good? The kids club was amazing! The kids are entertained all day and the stuff there seemed trustworthy and caring.
The beach was nice and clean
The swimming pools are in a good variety - you can have a shallow one or a deep one, whatever.
They also had unlimited French brut which was a big plus
What was bad?
We were 3 adults and 2 kids and we reserved a room with an extra bed - it was not provided, nobody knew why.
The food was okay, Cancun all-inclusive hotels do provide much wider and richer choices elsewhere but you will not run hungry . The issue was that it was not in one place. Like do you have fish? yes, in the other restaurant. Do you have pizza? Yes, in the other restaurant. I had to run in circles to satisfy kids cravings but again, I can't call it a big problem

Las instalaciones del hotel muestran claramente su uso y una manita de gato no le caería mal, sobretodo en las habitaciones. El protocolo sanitario es muy riguroso para acceder, lástima que algunos de los huéspedes relajamos las recomendaciones una vez adentro. La mayoría del personal merece una felicitación por su gran atención aunque sí hay quienes podrían mejorar bastante su actitud, sobretodo en los restaurantes.

Minha experiência no Grand Oasis Palm foi maravilhosa!! O hotel é antigo mas várias áreas já foram reformadas e é um lugar lindo. A piscina é maravilhosa e o mar de frente para a piscina simplesmente lindo. Já na recepção fomos muito bem acolhidos e todos os problemas que tivemos foram prontamente resolvidos. Os restaurantes são maravilhosos, The White Box oferece uma experiência maravilhosa. O Sisal é um restaurante com frutos do mar delicioso e com um ótimo atendimento, as sobremesas merecem destaque. Os outros restaurantes como o Makitako precisa reservar com antecedência. Todos os bares espalhados pelo resort servem bebidas, drinks e até wisky, os mais caros não estão incluídos no all inclusive. Tem dois bares lindos, um moderno que fica no lounge do hotel que tem uma mesa de sinuca e outro com temática mexicana do lado do restaurante Makitako. Eu recomendo o pacote all inclusive, a limpeza do quarto é ótima, a troca das toalhas de praia super fácil, o café da manhã é muito farto com opções de pratos quentes, lanches, bolos e frutas. Tem dois cafés espalhados pelo resort que servem expresso muito gostoso e os bolinhos são deliciosos, ficam aberto o dia todo e os frozens são deliciosos. Senti falta de sorvetes, encontrei somente em um lugar e bem sem graça, talvez não seja comum como no Brasil. Experiência maravilhosa, ótimo para descansar, retornarei com certeza!

O bar de drinks e tequilas é muito bom. Mesas de sinuca. Porém, no all inclusive o frigobar não é reposto diariamente como prometido. Restaurantes, em geral, com fila de espera para atender as famílias. Falta informações claras para os hóspedes. E acreditem: não tem Wi-Fi incluso. Cobram US$ 10,00 por dia.

Nothing about this hotel was pleasant. The rooms were uncomfortable, and the A/C barely worked. The water smelled when brushing my teeth or trying to take a shower. The only food in the entire place that was good was “Cocoa” which was only open for about 4 hours in the middle of the day. Anytime we left our room, we had to go to the front desk to have our keys reprogrammed because the keys wouldn’t unlock the door anytime the door was closed and they refused to give us new keys and said there was nothing wrong with the lock. For an all-inclusive resort, they only provide WiFi for one device per room and after that it is $7 per extra device per day. Most of the staff was rude and very unhelpful. If they didn’t feel like talking to you, they would just walk away. This resort is for children even though it is advertised as a resort for adults. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know.

Oasis Grand Palm and Oasis Palm are at the same property but have different amenities. We have stayed at both this is our first stay at the Oasis Grand Palm. It was worth the extra price to enjoy all of the restaurants shows and activities you receive with the Grand designation. Reclamação farei no Google também. 90% dos Funcionários péssimos, mal treinados e mal educados. (c/ excessão de 10%: Monica recepção, do bar de jogos e as 3 monitoras mulheres) Infraestrutura antiga. SUMIU A TOALHA DA MINHA FILHA DE 7 ANOS e só depois de muita reclamação, após 1 dia apareceu a toalha alegando estar na praia kkk Dos 100% dos restaurantes, quem fecha o Oasis Palm tem direito apenas a 60% deles e isso não informam (GRAND Oasis Palm tem direito a 100% e fica na msm infraestrutura separados por Alas com isso o tratamento é visivelmente diferente a favor de quem é do GRAND) All Inclusive de péssima qualidade. Comer fora muito melhor, se gasta igual ou menos e se come melhor, tanto q fui comer fora metade dos dias da minha hospedagem. Praia com agua escura e excesso de algas. Gosto de conhecer vários hotéis e ja estive em Cancun em Janeiro/21 por 16 dias no Panama Jack (OTIMO). Dessa vez fechei 17 dias de All Inclusive no Oasis Palm pra minha família e odiei. Meu pai ficou conosco no Oasis Palm durante 8 dias e decidiu se hospedar em outro pra conhecer. Um dia meu Pai resolveu fazer uma surpresa pra nós e decidiu comprar um Passeio (Isla Mujeres)p todos no quiosque de vendas que ficava dentro do Hotel (ja q conhecia o vendedor Jonny /Adriano) e la fomos nos encontrar. Pra minha SURPRESA após alguns minutos seguranças e funcionários chegaram mal tratando e falando em alto tom eEXPULSARAM meu pai mesmo NÃO USANDO NENHUM SERVIÇO DO HOTEL alegando que o mesmo após checkout não poderia mais nos visitar ou entrar no hotel, nem mesmo na recepção por mais de 10min, tendo que ficar do lado externo (estacionamento) caso quisesse nos esperar. ABSURDO E LAMENTÁVEL essa situação. Moramos nos USA e todos os hotéis onde frequentamos ou visitamos amigos, podemos entrar e caso queira usufruir de algum serviço basta pagar avulso. Por tudo isso não indico a ninguém, muito menos aos amigos Brasileiros e nem aos amigos que vivem nos USA.

Worst all inclusive hotel ever. The quality is incredibly low! The food is the cheapest of the cheapest. Very few options for food as well. Beach and pool chairs don’t even have cushions. Smells very strong like sewage in the shower. Literally everything has an extra charge: WiFi, safe box in room, room service and some restaurants. Would never recommend this hotel or visit again.

The beach was nice, but you can get a beach on any resort. Unfortunately, I fell about seven feet when a boarded fence broke. My girlfriends and I were taking a picture of with the sunrise behind us and the fence broke and I fell. I sustained horrible bruises, but luckily did not break any bones. There was nothing that the resort did except put antiseptic on the scratches. They simply put more boards up within the hour. There were no signs warning against the weak barricade nor was there any compensation.
The only way that you will get any benefits of this resort is if you get the black band (there are levels to your stay). If you are up-charged for the blue or purple, it won't make much of a difference, which we quickly found out.
The only reason why I gave it two stars was because I really enjoyed the Cirque-type show in the lobby as the entertainment.

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. Right next to the sea, lots of things for kids to do as well as adults. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was in a couple of the restaurants very little or no meat on the menu just fish. But all in all a nice hotel with nice & pleasant staff.

The hotel room was poor for a family of 5! Tiny and no balcony. The kids pool had steps so could not be left unattended and was dirty due to construction work. The food was often cold and not catered for vegetarian. Lines to get into places because only two places are open to everyone and rest has certain times or need to be booked in advance. For a family resort kids food was limited and there was barely any kids entertainment. The kids disco was so poor. The family entertainment was poor. The kids and parents had nowhere to relax together outdoors.

Very clean in general. Turning on the hot water was a bit of a hassle. The food was alright, the Bites Hall was probably the best out of all the places. Don’t pay for a lock and key for the safe, the safe in the room had a pad key which they didn’t tell us. The beach was beautiful and the staff was very nice. The coffee shop is also good along with the bar they have. In general it was a decent hotel.
