“Hotel decente, embora me senti um pouco desatualizado. O happy hour de cortesia e café-da-manhã foram nice vantagens. No entanto, tudo isso foi ofuscado por um dos nossos quartos não estar disponível. Chegamos às 16h30 com reservas para jantar e um show, mas precisávamos dos dois quartos para que pudéssemos colocar nossa família e babá antes de decolar. Por causa do atraso, chegamos atrasados para o jantar e perdemos nossos assentos no show, fazendo com que a viagem de ida e volta de 6 horas definitivamente não valesse a pena. A cereja no topo do bolo foi a mulher na frente, sugerindo que o check-in começa às 3, como se o hotel não tivesse obrigação de ter os quartos prontos, apesar de pagarmos por eles das 15h ao meio-dia do dia seguinte.”

“Honestly, we loved this hotel! We travel a lot and Embassy is without a doubt our favorite! This location was just as fabulous as all the others we've stayed at. There was a girls basketball tournament going on while we were there, so the parents and children were *lively* in the evenings. Since it's an open middle, the sounds outside our room were almost deafening, but we really couldn't hear it within our room so that was a big plus. Having been a hotel manager before, I felt that they were short staffed in the later part of evening. Housekeeping/public space being pulled in a million directions, all the demands of others when returning for the day, little issues that happen (kid threw up beside pool, really should have shut pool down but the strength of chlorine was overwhelming as it was) really warrant needing an extra body. Maybe there was a call out, I don't know 🤷♀️ but from my point of view- the desk staff seemed stressed. If you travel don't forget to be hospitable to staff as well, after all we are guests in their "house." Kindness goes a long way. 💛”
