“A bit overwhelmed, when a large number guests arrived at the same time. I didn't see the e-mail about making check-in simpler until I had checked in and logged onto the free WiFi. Very good rooms, great service, it took a bit of finding. The weekend was wet so we missed out on walking in the garden but the indoor pool was excellent. Um pouco sobrecarregado, quando um grande número de convidados chegou ao mesmo tempo. Eu não vi o e-mail sobre como tornar o check-in mais simples até ter feito o check-in e conectado ao Wi-Fi gratuito. Muito bons quartos, ótimo serviço, demorou um pouco para encontrar.
