“Great hotel. Really cool decor and things like pool table and table football. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Room was very clean, and spacious - almost too spacious - it felt a bit empty. And the shower door wasn't designed for opening when the shower is on - all the water bounces off it onto the bathroom floor!”

“Excellent hotel! We got a great deal through Secret Escapes which included 2 nights in a king room, breakfast and a welcome drink. We were allocated room 300 on the third floor which was a corner room. It was spacious, well decorated & stylish with all the amenities needed for our stay. Check in/out was quick with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of hot & cold items, definitely something to suit all tastes. The location is great only a short walking distance to the city centre, shops, bars, restaurants and sights etc. but even though the hotel is in a good location it was quiet at night. The building has been refurbished beautifully whilst still retaining the old features. A fab stay in lovely Liverpool :)”
